Seeing the guy playing the bass viol really reminds me of my grandfather. Played for the Ames, IA bandshell for years and even after he retired from the Iowa Highway Commission, he played in the house band at Shakey's Pizza in Ames. His name was Walt Bappe and he was known as "Slap Happy Bappe" for the way he played the bass.
