Great video! I was actually AT this race. While you are correct about Bobby Issac finishing second, thats NOT him in the #71 Dodge, thats Buddy Baker. Baker had this race pretty much in hand but blew up with just a few laps left. Issac was driving Bud Moore's Ford, I believe.
