thank you SO MUCh for posting this! i have the original on a 45, and wanted to post it on FB for my father today for fathers day. i was beginning to think i was the only one who remembered this poignant classic from the 70's
dave wrote this about his brother and it gives me tears being a union ironworker and watching everyone in the construction trades struggle right now .hit you in the heart
I thought this was their best album and a lot of underrated songs on this one besides the ones that made the top 40. It makes me think of my college days when I hear these now.
Great song from a legendary album! These guys were sooo talented.
Wish we had soulful bands like this today. Creating music with artistry & passion. Instead of the wasteland of meaningless, disposable Hollywoodized, image dominated, uninspired corporate cat food..for a quick " $ "
Cory was amazing on the keyboards not to be outdone by Dave Jenkins guitar and vocals. What a great band. THey were at their high point during this albums release.
Cory Lerios is a wicked talent on the keyboards who never got the recognition he deserved. Pablo Cruise was my first concert. 1978 at the Napa (CA) County Fairgrounds.
I love this song. I used to have to travel to make a living and I did it all for my family. It was tough being away from home for months at a time. I used to listen to this song because it inspired me to keep doing whatever I had to do to provide for my family
love this song reminds me of working second shift at naval ordnance in Louisville Ky. hopping in my new Camaro t tops out crusing wow

Thank you very much for uploading this song, it reminds me of the summer of '78. I think Worlds Away was Pablo Cruises best album ever!

Think Runnin Away or Worlds Away is great? Check out the song Givin it AWay on Part of the Game album. It doesn't get much better than that song.
