this is the pipboy toy that you can buy at amazon.com and has those flippable switches and pushable buttons. I'm not sure what you mean by disk.

I used a drimel to cut holes in groves at the bottom and glued in a battery powered speaker that connects to the ipod also inside.

I can control the ipod by pushing down on the pipboy, that's what you see me doing in the vid to limited success.
