  • @MrTheChubbs Search for net framework 4.0 on google, and download it from microsoft's website.

  • Dude? I get the same error over and over again..... I use 8 gb ram, a Intel Core i7 Processor, and have a ATI Radeon 5650 HD Graphic Card. So it ain't my computer(laptop;)) But i use a 64 bit system, and my 3D Max is a 32 bit.... Any solution:)?

    - Thx:)

  • @11bonne Go to Autodesk folder and there you have 64 bits 3ds max. (start-all programs-autodesk-...)

    Show me the error, please...

  • @xThorProductionsx Well i found the problem:) I use a HP Envy Theme for my windows, and the error was in there:) I uninstalled it, and it works now, so np:)

  • @11bonne Ah ok, good job :)

  • mine crashes right at biped.dlc in loadinng.........

  • @salazar1134 Ok it should be a problem on the file after biped.dlc

Is your pc 32 or 64 bits? I can send biped.dlc and the other file and you replace it... Just to try...

  • @xThorProductionsx its 32 bits

  • Ya I added 512 mb more nd it still crashes but now it says it's the ati radian drivers that made a recovery

  • Still crashes

  • @dude40299 Dude how much ram do you have? I think you said you had 1.7 ram, you need more to use 3ds max...

  • I'm testing It now thanks for the help I'm learning to be a professional technician

  • I added 512 mb to the 1.7 giving 2.3

  • Sorry I going to do a driver fix check online

  • Please I need

  • I have an and sempron 1.8 ghz with 1.7 gb of ram soon 2 gb and windows 7 uliltimate I built this one and it is still crashing and driver is up to date

  • @dude40299 When you get 2 gb, you'll be able to use it without crashing.

  • @xthorproductionsx megabytes yes can i upgrade the shared space?

  • @dude40299 No, I mean you can if you buy a new graphic card but that is enough to use 3ds max :)

  • Found it it has 671 shared video memory

  • @dude40299 671 mb?

  • Also It crashed my computer and it had to do start up repair

  • Try updating your graphic card...: control panel-hardware and sound-device manager, check your graphic card and put find updates.

    Intel® Pentium® 4 1.4 GHz or equivalent AMD® processor with SSE2 technology*

2 GB RAM (4 GB recommended)

Do you have the required ram or processor?

If you have too many programs running at the same time, it is the same has if you didn't have that ram.

To see how much do you spend with 3ds max closed go to task manager-performance-memory

  • @xthorproductionsx how can I tell?

  • @dude40299 If you have vista or 7 write in the search of the start menu: dxdiag

click on that program, then click yes, go to display and see the graphic card memory (in mb, sorry I told you hz :/)

  • Can you help mine crashes my ati radion express 200 drivers

  • @dude40299 Does your pc has the minimum requirements to use 3ds max? How much hertz has your ati radion express?

  • I GOT IT WORKING! If this fix doesnt work for you then go to 3ds max directory and in stdplugs folder there is a file called "sceneexplorerview.gup". If you delete it the program will run but there could be some problems and crashing later on because the file is missing.

  • @TolSatha Ok thanks :)

  • i get the same error report when i run this. Any way i can change it manualy?

  • @TolSatha Yes, just watch the video :P

ps: It may not be the same problem (You can't know), so it's just a suggestion that works for almost all people.

  • @xThorProductionsx uhh what i meant is that i get the error report when i run the "change graphics mode".

  • @TolSatha What? You get error report before the program starts, when it's loading?

  • @xThorProductionsx I run "change graphics mode" and while its loading it crashes and i get this error report.

  • i dont have a start menu autodesk folder what do it do?

  • @LoneSoldierRyan search...

  • @xThorProductionsx yeah that helps, Ive searched thew fuck out if this error, Ive completely did a clean reinstall f this program twice, removing registry entities, hidden folders and everything possible. and the problem still persists. and now i find this video with some hope that it may be a video issue, but one fucking problem. i can find this one fucking button to change the fucking graphics mode... Ive been at this for days. It doesnt exist in the program file folder either....GOD!!!!!!

  • @LoneSoldierRyan dude do you have msn? I help you if you want...

  • @LoneSoldierRyan Or go to the 3ds max folder. Maybe in:

    c:\program files\ autodesk (or 3ds max)...

  • dont work, when I try to start normal it dont work, cuz this way u dont get custom plugins.

  • @Mansl1

install directx or opengl. opengl is a little hard to install.

If it still dont work maybe you dont have the minimum system requirements...

  • thanks from tunisia :)

  • Thank you so much
