  • Bob Cratchit and one of his sons kind of look like George Jetson, I wonder if the same guy later designed him.

  • I have to tell you, when I was a little kid the scene with Marley at 2:05 really creeped me out.

  • Bob's daughter would get plowed.

  • I wonder if they have to go to Whoville to get woofle jelly cake and razzleberry dressing. ;-)

  • This verison is not only the only one with no Nephew Fred but also with The Ghost of Christmas Present coming first.

  • Yes I agree this cartoon Is a true classic & I remember when I first saw It for the first time on tv way back in 1962! And every year after that!! If anybody wants a copy of this classic I do have It on dvd O.K.. My e-mail address Is c.thomas55@hotmail.com If your Interested!.

  • what we see here is sonic cd, still in the present. like in this scene Magoo is too in the present where Sonic the Hedgehog is in the present.

  • What a treasure this is! Merry Christmas!

  • This is such an uplifting version.

  • still up-to-date in 2011

  • royal dano, my vote for the best marley ever!!!

  • Well have the Lords bright blessing just knowing we are together even when things are tuff . God bless us everyone:)

  • God bless us everyone.

  • My favorite versions are the 1951 and 1984 renditions. Quality productions and actors.

  • For some reason, I want to try razzleberries ;D

  • It would be interesting to learn why they rearranged the ghosts of Christmas Past and Present.

  • royal dano...worlds best marley

  • Thanks for posting this seldom shown classic.

  • Do they actually make razzleberry dressing?

  • razzleberry dressing(:

  • Hey! What happen to the ghost of Christmas past! You jumped from Jacob Marley to the ghost of Christmas present! Is there a part missing!

  • @8cire no it goes marley, past, present, future

  • @8cire nvm ur rite

  • @8cire No. In the Mr. Magoo version, they take artistic license, and go from Marley, to the Ghost of Christmas Present, then the Ghost of Christmas Past, followed by the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come. I also notice that Scrooge's nephew Fred isn't in this one.

  • @ExplorerDS6789 Bob Cratchit is the Great Great Great grand son to George Jetson

  • @JEMCO2008 I think you mean George Jetson is his great great great grandson.

  • I think there's crack in the razzleberry dressing.

  • Love that Razzleberry Dressing song

  • yes, yes, yes... the story usually goes the ghost of the past is the first one to come... but in this story, I believe the past is what softens his heart the most, before the scary ghost of Christmas-yet-to-come comes... This makes a big contrast, and in a story for kids, this may be what they wanted to do.

  • This will always be my favorite Christmas special

  • Tiny Tim sure loved his razzelberry dressing.

  • @pyrogyra72 Yes and wooflejelly cakes! *grin*

  • @enisorian hahahahahaha you're too funny!

  • Can't believe this cartoon special is 48 years old!

  • Why did they put the Ghost of Christmas Present first and not the Ghost of Christmas Past? Didn't they read the novel?

  • @CHCHuser I always wondered that too-Somebody screwed up!

  • I use to love this as a kid:)! But for some reason I think they got this a little backwardsoO. Wasn't Past suppose to come first

  • @Moonstone2732 Yeah I noticed that years ago, but I still love it as a 23 year old woman.

  • Wasn't the Ghost of Christmas Past suppose to come first before the Ghost of Christmas Present?

  • that's kind of a big flaw in this adaption

  • @hackensac ya just a little bit haha

  • @moviencartoons I think Mr. Magoo himself was in charge of arranging the script.
