I tried to pan the first Kit but then I got a phase problem with the Vintage Broccoli Snare. So I think the mono versions are just a little bit better. The midrange frequencies are more thight to the center.

Yes, generating all those semi-tone samples in stereo had to be a major strain on the internals of the sample artists. I'd like to know a little more about the looping process and whether noise reduction seriously impaired the actual source audio?
