Actually no, it's a hack that makes them do it until you stop them and it is probably impossible to get them to do it at the same time.

If u go on mod the sims 2 [mts2] you can download game hacks and prop hacks for ur game and wen u click eme it makes them do dance moves and other stuff and the prop 1 givs ur sim props like umberellas, gigars wlkin stick nd stuff! if u need more help messege me!
