start game from beginning and when you come to part when you *killed* Roman,make another decision,and you'll get achievement

nice job, it might sound weird but I have killed every bird and done evry stunt jump and side mission and the last thing I have to do is ride the helitour

AHHHHHHHHHHHH ive got 5 pigeons left and ive gone through all the locations and videos and 5 of them aren't there. Can anyone help or know why. And will they come back ?????

Do you need the wanted achievment to get the key to the city achievment?

The reason u dont have 100% is have u went out with each character to every activity at least once?

If so i think ur screwed <:) By the way it doesnt matter through the game who u kill... Its still possible to complete to 100%... Type in on google: GTA IV: 100% checklist, i went off these... really great help! :)

you have to take all ur friends out to do every activity and have all the speical ablitys.
