  • I like it, thanks for sharing

  • they sem to be hammering there punches, ie in a circular form rather than center to center directing there fists in a straight line which is what a part of wing chuns practices 'the centerline"

  • Very nice, I did notice that the punches were quite circular, my Sifu would shit a brick if he saw the way these guys are punching. But yeah, I guess different way of being trained, to them it may be right. I'm taking Ving Tsun in a course at my College and even at a school we don't use head protection and Sifu actually roughs us up when using a student to demonstrate. Also about the punches, they should go to the Sternum, not the face.

  • cool. but their punches are circular, in chinese they say the punch comes from the heart, in other words, the punch is straight (so it can penetrate). but then again, different schools, different styles, etc etc. keep training!

  • I don't know about that bong sao. Looks fun! Cool tunes.

  • at least they are trying and more power to these kids practicing wing chun

  • very good display of wing tsun exercises

  • The song It had been palying before was nicier =(

  • i like the part where the guy without gloves gets kicked by the guy with gloves, he then frantically blocks low quite late with a nice rigid pause. funny stuff

  • great vid just lose the protection gear this is a martial art and not a sport let them expirience the pain in knuckles when you hit and the pain when your being hit

  • ur right, that is old kung-fu, but its already good if they only loose the head protection, the gloves are already good

    but you're right sir :)

  • ur right, that is old kung-fu with no protection, haha i see that ur a kempo guy. i'm wing-chun in holland, i began when i was 8. but back to the point: its already good if they only loose the head protection, the gloves are already good

    but you're right sir :)

  • is chi sao the move where you use tan sao and bon sao at the same time?

i forgot, havnt done it in agez, wing chun is a really good martial arts an i regret stopping it, startin it up soon again tho xD

  • Hm... The chi sao is very wrist-oriented, the stances seem very high to me and shifting the weight in my opinion is not a good idea. But gearing up and pressure testing your skills is a very, very good idea indeed. This may not be the art that Yip Man and Wong Shun Leung handed down, but it may still produce very competent fighters.

  • I think from 1 year exersice they kick asses.

  • wing tsun students dont have a chance of defending themselves in a street fight untill 2 years trainin... but after 3 years u can kick some serious ass

  • Good luck.

  • Nice vid, nice training, nice gym :)

Tho I'd prefer to train without torso protection...makes u tolerate pain and hits more :)

  • nice job guys!!!

  • Have keep doing what you guys are doing Great job.

  • CADE O VING CHUN?

  • nobody has a chance against YONG TJUN....

  • a very unqualified statement, young one!

your sifu is a good fighter but everyone got his own style and yours is almost like leung ting wing tsun just with a different name.

  • what the hell is ving tsun ?lol theirs wing tzun, wing chun, wing tsun but never heard of ''Ving Tsun'' before :P

  • 1) Ving Tsun - original, being used by master of this style

    2) Wing chun (tsun) - the same, but.. I don't know how to explain... something like McDonald and White castle - no difference.

    3) wing tzun - bullshit what I haven't heard about before..

  • They are all ways of pronouncing chinese characters , wich cant be precisely translated to the latin alphabet , and so they are writen how people pronounce them.

  • very good , im very impressed real practical kung fu ........great intructors

  • I want to complement you on something I saw on your demo video - the gearing your students up and letting them train in a realistic fashion. I train my students in that way. I believe in positive reinforcement & negative reinforcement has its benefits too. Getting popped lets someone consider the reality of their attacks and counters. Good work!

  • I want to complement you gearing your students up and letting them train in a realistic fashion. I believe in positive reinforcement but negative reinforcement has its benefits. Getting popped is great it lets someone consider the reality of their attacks and counters. Please making the girls fight the guys just as hard - it's a guy that will usually attck a woman. Good work!

  • i like wing chung i wish i could studyied

  • some people really don't know the meaning of chi sao...

  • rly nice :)

  • Thanks a lot for ur comment, i understand a litlle bit spanish but i dont speak it, sorry :(. If one day u came in belgium, u are welcome to train with us. The door is open for you ;-)

  • Good day to you

vingtsunkuen.Greetings from Lithuania.I'm Wing Tsun student and I like this what I saw ;)

  • Good deal - i am an instructor for Moy Yat Ving Tsun Martial Intellegence and have implemented similar exersizes into my training nights. My only complaint is the traditional fuk sao in Chi Sao looses sensitivity and forces tension. If you relax the palm and aim the fingers forward you perform an "applicable Fuk Sao" that gives you sensitivity, relaxation, and forward energy. Good video though.

  • Thanks for ur comment and u are right, i try to teach that to my students but they need time to "feel" it ;-)

    Be water my friends :)

  • Not a school a family, a good motto :-)

  • hm... well... to call THIS vt is brave...but nonsense nontheless. who ever teach this has little knowledge of why the movements are done, thats why most of then, all nearly all the practice methods shown in this video are 100% not vt-king fu ... an interpretation of this style : yes Ving Tsun by the meaning of VT....no

  • nice video

  • ur students r very good

  • Thanks for a lot for them ;-)

  • Interesting. Im a student of (t)Wing Chun and of coz our training looks diffrent but i think it is really ok that we can be diffrent in our WC/WT/VT :)

  • Thanks and ur right, we can be different, we are from the same three but little bit different fruits..All are good, everyone must find his own "taste" ;-)

    Be water my friend :-)

  • nice. =)

  • good video

  • Thanks and u'r right for the Chi Sao. In fact students are beginner in chi sao that's why they are so tensed and whith the cam they are more tensed ...They must work on i, u're right ;-)

  • ya that wuz a good vid, the only thing is that the chi sao looked really tense and it just didnt seem right, maybe its just cuz the camera wuznt watching it long but it just seemed pretty tense... and tense and wing chun dont mesh

  • not that im advocating tension but, water does turn to ice.

  • Can anyone tell me why I've got mixed feelings about this video: It's not bad wing tsun though I'm not convinced. I have the impression something's missing there.

  • Perhaps, it's cause there is no specifics clothes and not the same teaching systeme as your? (of course i don't tell as one is better as the other, all are good, same tree, different fruits ;)

  • Very good school...

  • looks like you train a lot harder than more traditional wing chun. Didn't see much emphasis on rooting or reading energy. I also saw a lot of shifting your body wight back and forth on many of the drills, which is not staying rooted and is easy to be manipulated then.

  • Ving Tsun ist not art. It´s hard work! ;-)

  • its not a sport its a martial art to defend ure life

  • man I just love this sport
