I'm trying to use feral by night on my druid (77 at the moment). I've downloaded it through the curse client but it isn't doing anything and /fbn also does nothing. Does it only activate if you're lvl 80? If not, have you ever run into any problems with it?

21k DPS seems rather impossible to me, as a Ele Shaman I usually find myself overagroing if I'm anywhere near 15k. :(
