  • Thanks for the advice. We noticed the stands were too high afterwards.

    Interesting about the stance, as I've gone even wider in the past with the bar lower. I'll look into that.

  • Just some quick pointers. First of all make your rack a bit lower, you hit the metal a bit when unracking. Next your stance is too wide. The squat you are doing is actually a powerlifting squat, not an olympic squat.
