  • easy with the criticisms...although this is a vague tip which barely touches on the topic of exercise and mood disorders, there is ample scientific data backing this theory as "feel good" hormones are released during physical activity such as weightlifting, swimming and my favorite sex. Thus, although, at first, this video may seem to lack an argument for its case, it does not necessarily mean that the arguments conclusion is wrong.

  • @justcallmeassinine I have. I like to smoke before I take my dog on a run or ride my bike. You just can't get lazy lol and want to stop after a few minutes

  • @ahg337 That is very mild exercise which one might do anytime. I was trying to get an idea of whether or not weed enhances a rigorous workout/sport or just makes it worse such as alcohol would do, but thanks.

  • @justcallmeassinine Marijuana is, amongst many other things, a muscle relaxant. And if you're serious about building muscle you should also know that smoking marijuana before a work out will mean that you will not give it 110% in the gym due to the relaxer component of marijuana. Besides physiological effects you're also psychologically in a "fuck it" state of mind and doing those last few reps (which are the most important in breaking and building muscles stronger n bigger) may seem arduous.

  • PT! good for you! good for me! ........ This is entirely true. As humans, we need to take care of all aspects of our life to be truly happy. We need to have sex, we need to be fit, we need a profession, we need education, we need family. Being a well rounded person definitively makes you happier, and the people around you like you better. Different people give more importance to some aspects than others, but we need all of them to be happy. No question about it.

  • easy saying make morning exercise for someone who have a lot of morning time. I work from 8:00am to 16:00pm , most of the people don't have the "morning time" for exercise. Some bunch of rich kids have that time.

  • @quakey987 Any workout expert will agree that the right time to workout depends on the person. I can tell you right now the guy in the video is not a fitness expert. He writes books about living longer, but he writes them about himself and people who've lived long lives. He doesn't write about more common people,or American people in general who have different lifestyles to actually be able to cater to their needs

But when the majority of people are working three jobs trying to care for their children, they get a maximum of four hours of sleep a night seven days a week. Eating healthy and exercise is not an option. Your telling me to sleep three and a half hours instead of four to go for a walk? Your Crazy. Next you'll say it only takes 20 minutes to prepare a healthy breakfast.
