  • boner

  • @necrofagg0t pervert LOL

  • very well put.

    nice video ^.^

  • Thanks. ;]

  • The bible is not jus a book it is a collection of 66 books/letters written by about 44 different people, fishermen, farmers, prophets, kings, physicians, & more. It was written over a period of 1200-1500 years, and they all fit together perfectly. Do U no the chances of that happening? Astronomical! Some people say that it has errors bc they don't understand that it was originally written in Arabic and Greek so there is a language barrier to overcome, not to mention a whole other culture.

  • Did you know that there is no proof that those people existed beyond those letters? Did you think that maybe the Bible was written by one person and one person alone? It's probably no more factual than... O.o; Dr. Suess books.

  • @xcarriexsuexwho

that can't be true at all

there were thoes who had collected from everywhere the books and letters and journals from people who made an effec that we can see

  • Bravo! Well said. U R absolutely right. There R 2 many people who do not no Y they believe what they believe, & fail to question what they believe. As far as believing jus bc a book said so U R right again. When I became a christian I had very limited understanding of the bible & what it said. My 16yr old sister-in-law got killed by a drunk driver, I began to ask some hard questions about life/death. That led me on a journey to find the truth. If the bible is not true then Christianity is a lie.

  • being a hypocrite is saying one thing and doing another, which almost everyone has done at some point in their lives. A true Christian may do it at some time or another, but they don't make a habit of it. Sounds 2 me like U have had some bad experiences with so-called christians or else U are going by what other people say. Don't allow the mistakes or disregard of others hold U back from finding the truth 4 urself.

  • I've had very good experiences with the Christian faith, natajesus. My grandmother, as I mentioned in the video was my primary Christian guidance. I respected her relationship with God enough to not question it, just as you wouldn't question the relationship of your grandparents who had just celebrated their 50 anniversary. I really do have nothing against the Christian faith. People just don't know WHY they believe in something. Because a book said to? That's useless, and meaningless. Cold.

  • @xcarriexsuexwho we don't believe in what we do because a book says so

i have personally heard the voice of god

i have had wonderful miracles in my life that can't be coincidence

christianity isn't religion god is not a religious idea

god's existence doesnt rely on a "holy book" to tell us what to do

  • If u r truly seeking the truth, I would suggest a book by former athiest Lee Strobel. The Case for Faith. Mr. Strobel was the legal editor of the Chicago Tribune. His wife became a christian and he set out to prove her faith was based on lies. Instead he too became a christian. If U r not interested in knowing the real truth, it does not change what is true. Truth (real truth) is not dependent on whether someone believes it or not. U can sincerely believe something and still be sincerely wrong.

  • I'm not setting out to find that Christianity is based on lies, I'm just trying to figure out if I want to believe in something that is so hypocritical that it literally gives me a headache. O.o;

  • I am a christian and I can tell you that my faith is not a "blind" faith. Like the blind man in the Bible (in the book of John, chapter 9, verses 13 thru 25) I can tell you that Jesus changed my life, and what He has done for me. He saved my marriage and gave me a fresh new start in life, and he can do it for you if you desire it. However, first you must want it.

  • "hell is a waste of a good human being if the human being is good"... No shit :D

  • why just hang on to ur pick when all the things said about hell are bad and theres nuthing bad said about heaven so y take the risk of not beileiving in god?

  • I don't have faith. As I've said. That's why. I'd rather just not believe in either one of them. O.o; Besides: I could be having fun. Right?

  • You realize that just by deleting your comments, you've already proven yourself to be a hypocrit. You say you're a Christian and yet you won't take one for the team? You're no longer just an idiot for not questioning your own beliefs... You're a coward for not standing up for them. You're just one of the many... One of the many who can't stand up for their faith with intellect. Sorry to hear it.

  • @xcarriexsuexwho also untrue i deleted my comments because i realize what i said wasn't what i should've said people mess up there is nothing wrong with that

  • @beanamonster also i was only 12 when i posted them

  • I'm neither.

Like I said, I want to believe in a higher power, yet I lack the ability to rely on strength in faith alone.

  • First and foremost: Just because someone else is a Christian, doesn't mean one should conform to a life they aren't looking for.

Second: Even if they lead a Christian life, there is no guarantee that there is a Christian afterlife. O.o; The afterlife is just a way to motivate people into being good. Personally--I don't need it for a motivation to be a good person. Therefore, I don't need to/have to/want to believe in it.

    -Score.-

  • How dare you assume that I have anything to regret! I live an honest life, not perfect, but my imperfections are NOTHING to regret. A vision is not proof. Faith is believing in something without having proof, as I've said many times, and if you "have proof" then your faith isn't real. That makes YOU a hypocrit. Think about that.

Nothing against Christians, I wish I had the faith, but atleast have the courtesy to admit that there isn't proof in what you believe.

    xck.

  • ok so whats all your proof im sure its better -.-

  • Only "proof" that I need to unconfirm your beliefs is that YOU have no proof. the fact that you're making assumptions based on faith instead of facts is proof enough. The Bible was created by human hands--therefore is not perfect--Therefore is tainted.

    There you go.

  • owned

  • lmao @beanamonster

  • @beanamonster christianity isnt all fait toally not knowing what im doing kind of thing

and if u dont know what u believe and i do shoudn't that be better

you believe that as long as u know something then no one else matters only if they know as much as u

    correct? :P

plus its not that u listen to anyone unless they r the same as you then how can u ever know more of anything later on

u have the "as long as im not as bad as them" syndrome

  • @xcarriexsuexwho no human has lived without sin or regret even god (but different kind of regret)

like doctors are right (sometimes) but one day i was sitting across the road from a large hospital on my iPhone i looked up just as the woman i saw on the other side the large road sat down she was crying she got on the phone and was talking while her tears were going down her face as she got off the phone a voice inside me said:the doctors said she was going to die but she isn't that was Gods voice

  • i agree =p

  • after life ftw :p

  • "at least you can say that you were dedicated to somthing".... i have a question for you... who would you say that to?

  • It doesn't have to literally be said. It's something that one can claim about their life at the end of it. Something someone could read in a diary. O.o;

It could be said to anyone. El durr...

  • "The afterlife is a gamble"-that means you believe you could be wrong. Why take the chance? If you are wrong, that means you are going to Hell, along with everyone else you know that hasn't excepted Jesus. Have you ever lied? That makes you a sinner. And everyone who has sinned and hasn't humbled themselves and asked for God's forgiveness are going to Hell. But God loves us so much,he just wants to have a relationship with us-that's why he died on the cross so we could be forgiven. and be with him.

  • @mini3coop, no offence. But everyone thinks that God is real because nowdays Christianity is the biggest religion in the world. It feels like your contradicting yourself by saying that believing in something that might be wrong as well. Since your believing something from a book. So I think that they maybe a higher power, but we can never be sure.

  • Well, you see, I believe in the bible not only because it makes sense, but because I know in my heart that its true. God has revealed himself to me in many different ways. I searched for truth and he showed me. Thats all you have to do, and God will be right there beside you. This is why I believe in Christianity--because it's real and God works actively in my life. There definitely is God. And I believe he is the God of Christianity. Therefore, what he says in the bible is true too. =)

  • budda revealed himself in my dreams and told me all about the truth. Doesnt that make Buddism true :P

  • Haha Well that would be quite interesting..but I'm sure that he hasn't. Because Buddha is not a God-even if someone did dream of him, it is just a figment of your imagination-for the most part. When he starts guiding your life and you feel the power of his love---come and tell me. Because that is my God does for me =)

  • oops. It's supposed to be "^what^ my God does for me" lol

  • i agree with you and the person who made this vid

  • ImAChristian and by no means am i saying I my self am holy but through Christ and His Grace by His Will I am made so. With that being said there is a heaven and hell and the only unforgiveable sin is not Believeing thtas what the bible says im hoping to talk to tell as many pepole as I can becase I know hells real call me crazyBut yes I believe in the bible100%and try my hardest to follow it yes i sin but thats what makes Christ so great please guys look more in toWhatChristIsAbout Mark 12:29-31

  • have you even read the bible page to page the whole thing?

  • I admire the fact that you are so strong in your faith, and believe me, I'd like to find something to believe in, but I really have only my feelings and "what makes me feel better," as goudz23 said. Happiness is our natural state of affairs, and we should do what we need to so that one and all can stay in that natural state.

    Thank you,

    -xck

  • I don't think there even is an afterlife. The whole idea seems contrived and obviously made up.

  • I agree with you pretty much :)

  • i would like to see every christian go to hell and every murderer, rapist, phyco go to heaven and hurt everyone their wouldnt that be a wonderful sight seein christians burn, and see ppl in heaven run in terror and panic

  • so you believe in god? enough said.

  • i believe in him but i will never care about what he says and what he will ever say.

  • seems like to me you just want something to do with your time, so your all anti god and shit.

and you know Christians get sand up there pussy over everything bad someone says about god.

  • nah not something to do with my time im ver y spiritual but i just dont give a shit about him.if he died and went away the world would be a better place.

  • As Socrates said, "Only ignorant people do and wish for bad things."

    Think about that.

    -xck.

  • i would rather belive in satan.wait i already hahahaha.i just think every christian should be dragged out into the streets and slaughtered and thats not a bad thing its a good thing

  • Want to know something funny? If you believe in Satan--You also believe in God.

One does not exist without the other, so... I'm going to refer my comment above and quote Socrates, "Only ignorant people do and wish for bad things."

    -xck.

  • nvr said i dont belive in god just dont care what he has to say

  • Ok, but you can belive in God and not belive in Satan. Think about it. There can be a place for good people and the evil people would vanish. Come to think of it, it can be the other way around too

  • @christslayer666 thats a lot of people u want to slaughter then. u know thats a harsh thing to do. maybe every athiest person should be dragged out into the street and be slaughtered. maybe all the non believers should be. im not going to say it should because i dont wish bad things on people. tell me tho...how is it a good thing???? killing is good u say? slaughtering humans who believe something u dont need to all die???

  • as Pascal stated the existance of God cannot be completely determined by reason but if their is a God and you believe in him you have everything to gain and if their is no God then you have nothing to lose so the logical choice is to believe in God

  • Wow. You got yourself some problems there!

  • i sorta agree with you... but you say you should atleast comit yourself to something, i believe the opposite. i dont really comit to anything since god cannot yet or hasnt yet been proven to exist. why should i act like i know? i cant say god doesnt exist, but i am willing to say his existance doesnt make sense to me.. and i think you could just as easily say your grandma is existant in your memory as you could say shes existant in heaven.. whichever makes you feel better is the right choice.

  • so by "the right choice" ...basically you're saying she has options for her grandmother's memory, and she should commit to one of them? O:)

    *devils advocate?*

  • I've made my choice concerning my grandmother's spiritual existence, and I have been committed to it since she passed away, rest her soul.

    -xck.

  • well if you like hell or dont well keep thinking. do you feel good? , well that ,you have to answer it yourself. maybe that is because you havent read the bible and humorize it

  • I like your opinion, except the part where all the rapist go to hell. Don't you think that everyone should get a 2nd chance? If you did something really bad equivalent of rape...not that you would, wouldn't you wish there was some way to repent?!

  • repent yah... then get a bullet to the head

  • So I guess that's also a reason why we shouldn't judge on another, but there will be God for us to do it.

PS: I like your idea's, well thought and well spoken.

  • You've got a good point but I'd like to note that it's not up to us to judge one another, whether they should go to hell or not.

Ofcourse, one who commits the crime of rape does not go to hell unless he gets 'reborn'.

Alot of people do not realize that he won't do it again, in that case. Alot of people are not able to forgive and forget.

I don't say they should, since if it's your best friend or even you yourself, it'll be the hardest thing in the world.

  • Hell is just a revenge fantasy (times infinity) that people made up to deal with all the injustice that exists in the real world.

  • wow! i agree with you i agree with MOST of what you say. =)

  • A very good point
