@larry40m NO getting hit with a pointed hunting pellet at 1250 fps would not its more comparable to being stabbed with a pen. a airsoft gun though is more like a mosquito but they have 250 fps and plastic bb's

@king123123100 Depends what type of Pellet your using and the distance you're shooting .. it should be able to kill up to 15meters i believe, that's if it's not in the foot, wing, or just any weak spots. Also i may be wrong on this, I'm just trying to help a little. Good luck man!

@crushaments ..22 i not more accurate, it's just powerful as hell. i prefer .177 beacause it's more accureate and say if your shooting squirel, it doesn't ahnihalate it so you can eat the meat

@misterme05 well i have a .177 and a .22 and while they are both very accurate i just somehow find the .22 more accurate because the pellets are heavier and if the wind is going you have a better chance hitting your target with the .22...

sure the .22 will annihilate a squirrel but if your aiming for the head you can still eat the meat

what kind of bird, black bird no, small birds yes, but only with perfect headshot through eyes and your shoud not go over a distance of 10 meters with your rifle

How much fps has the gamo whisper .22. the .177 has 1200fps, but of the .22 version?. i don't know. if you know. please reply:).

@blackorange14 the .177 has 1200 fps with pellets that are 4 grains lighter than anything you'd want to use. realistically the .177 gets about 900 fps. the .22 is rated at 950 so realistically you're gonna get mid 700's

stock gamo whipser is amazing.. i have ht VH version its crazy cracks like a 22 but one bad thing if you use the PBA ammo it wont kill what your shooting, it goes right through them..

@elvensbane then u had them out of season. Smoked rabbit and dove are on of the best meats ive ever tasted. Shoot them in season and all the maggots will be gone. Theres a season for a reason.
