The IM thing was weird. Anyway, I like it, but I would suggest adding some more texture to the skin. It looked like it was all one color. Also...her nose looked incomplete at the very top of it. It's really good though. I tried photoshop once and couldn't figure it out. You did a really good job.

Perhaps it was just watching you recreate the image (and I've noticed this effect while using Facebook Graffiti's replay), but it looked unrealistic or erroneous. Don't get me wrong, you did a splendid job, but something about it just doesn't seem quite right. je ne sais qua.

You have talent with giving the face symmetry. However, the skin has been robbed of it's naturalness and the texture looks fake. Instead of brushing the skin with the paintbrush, with a skin color, and then blending, try adding dimension and smoothing the skin with soft white and black brush then blending to soft light.
