@sunsetdrrreamer The 3rd semester was canceled by the manga author. He didn't want the anime 3rd semester to be published so he left 2 OVAs of the 3rd semester. It is the last 2 episodes so it will feel rushed but that's because we didn't watch the 3rd semester.

@bugnaem That could be possible IF there was enough content for 3+ seasons. For reasons we can only speculate, the 3rd season was cancelled. Even if it did finish, the manga would end before they have enough material for an entire 4th season.

@MrConcrete55 their is no school rumble seson 3 they discontinued it because people pirated the dvd's and noone supported by buying stuff. my theory is to go to funimation (dot) com and buy as much school rumble as possible . we did this for family guy when they discountinued in 2002. so if u want school rumble back, copy and post this to as much videos as possible

They should have made the whole series except the last two episodes. It would still be a feeling of incompleteness, but the fans could have imagined better endings than how it is now :(

The manga had a sudden ending that resolved nothing and pissed everyone off. The third OVA (mostly) accurately depicted what happened in the last couple of issues, sadly. There was a small extension called School Rumble Z which hinted that Eri and Harima are the ones who will end up together.
