You know handhelds like PSP and DS are region free, you dont really need CFW to play a japanese game nor europe because handhelds are not region locked, so you can play japanese games on a PSP without CFW because its region free.

All handhelds are supposed to be region free, its the consoles, which are not region free, understand what I mean?

Glad to see someone using Zero actually using all of it's no so many arsenals sparingly and not just use the buster rifle all the time, though I still wished the shield on this game could have been designed to be used at will like Rengou vs Zaft.

Wing Zero's beams are just too strong in this game. Nonetheless, Wing Zero is fun to use.

Well, yeah he can own ass but not always. I use Exia and Freedom rather than Wing Zero since I hate the delay time between the beam shots.

I hate Destiny because I hate Shin and the cheesy love story between him and Stelar. lol. Anyway, Destiny's attacks are pretty easy to dodge.

To think about it, we are entitled to our own opinions so I respect your. lol. But in this game, every gundam has its own strengths and weaknesses. Even the mere green or red 1000 point Zaku can kill a 3000 point one if used wisely.

YES..although the game concept is almost the same..some changes made: step cancel & BR cancel is removed and awakening is replaced by G-crossover..minor changes to melee system..plays a little slower but more variety in MS from the different animated gundam series. Each suits plays slightly different and needs different strategy..

actually i didnt find the game any slower, i ever play the previous vs series before, also i found the graphic in this game a liitle better than the previous one lol, am i right

some say it plays slower because of the step cancel(step+jump then step) removed which can do a lot of fakes on player/com and easily dodge from a distance. and the rifle cancel which can be used to cancel out almost all melee attacks altough you could still do it to some units in this game..the graphics are definitely better coz it uses 333Mhz during gameplay which means more detail can be applied :)

don't worry in getting a copy coz it's region free and the game is very easy to understand..very little to no knowledge in japanese language needed. Just read faqs for the menus or controls if your'e having hard time figuring it out by yourself. :)

the psp can play any umd game regardless of its region

eg. US is region 1 and Japan is region 2..

a US psp(region 1) can play region 2 umd games and vice versa so you need not worry about importing the game or buying it at your local store if you want to play it..For this game, there is no US release so you can only buy the japanese version.

Shield is automatic when hit by attacks that can be blocked. Some have physical shields but is manually activated like X(destroyed after 500 dmg = will lose BR), GP02. Beam shields are activated for units like F91, destiny(after physical shield breaks, can manual block with physical shield), V2/AB, God(god shadow), master(anti melee), GP01Fb(anti melee).

Nu funnel barrier auto activates if life drops at 100 or less and will block projectiles worth up to 200 dmg.

There's no MS with a scythe(deathscythe?) in the game only in GvsG NEXT which is available to arcades only as of now.

To use aegis properly use its shield throw and practice hitting enemies with it to create openings for melee or another move.

Another tip is to abuse its []+X. Its delay is reduced greatly as compared to AvsZ II.

Since it is a 1000 cost unit use melee only when you need to or when you have the chance.

He's hard to use because you need to play him as a hit & run unit. Not all 1000 suits are for beginners unlike guntank.

i have seen your other Wing Zero vid and your really good. How would you rank Wing with the other mobile suits in the game.

He's mid-tier compared to other suits. Well for a beginner using him because his buster rifle is the only easy attack to hit the enemy. It takes skills using his melee due to large delays but damage delivered is high. Zeta , God etc. are top tiers because they can easily be used at both long & short range and can dish out heavy damage. WZ is top tier in the hands of an expert using it. Even better:

-All weapons reload fast

-grinding attacks+range=down enemy

-high hp

-high damage with a few hits

of course..this game is pretty straighforward especially the in-game icons, ammo count and battle controls/system..That's all you need to know. For the main menu/sub menus/options you can use a FAQ walkthrough for the game to know what each modes are or just pm me if you have questions.

Hold X then double tap any direction you want to go. Press & hold X to ascend and double tap & hold X to descend while in neo-bird mode.

You can still change AI commands while in full G-crossover meter by pressing L but not rapidly.

Hey do u know how to change the mode of strike??

Square+x will change the mode to aile striker. If you press it when aile strike is active nothing will change. Left+square+x will change his pack into launcher strike. Right+square+x will change his pack into sword strike.

You can change them anytime in any order but watch out for weapon 3.. you can only change it 2 times before it recharges again and you cannot change packs while it recharges..

The shield is automatic and will be destroyed after a few hits. It will automatically block if hit and depends whether the shield is facing the attack.

Other units can manually block by pressing down+triangle

For GP02, the shield is used manually, indestructible, and can block his own nuke.

Units with beam shields are indestructible(also god and master)

For destiny, you can manually block even with the physical shield but after it breaks he will use beam shield and is activated manual only.

Hey thanks, I always prefered the blocking method from Rengo vs Z.A.F.T because you could fight defensivly if you timed it right. This game however is awsome.

Yeah sometimes I input down+up too[mistakes! =)]..although it is easier to just press 2b to block and less error like physalis' shield. But autoblock in this game is also good in my opinion and sometimes it saves me from being bullet cushion...lol!
