I believe the officer should've use less lethal force to try and stop the poor kid. He couldn't pedal faster then the cop car and should've blocked him. In my Mind using a taser from a moving vehicle on a moving target should be common cense not to do. If he was to use the taser as no other choice he while both of them were moving the cop should've got farther away from him and at least be besides him so he didn't have the possibility to fall under the cop car. This cop did not seem to know that if you tase a person on a moving bicycle that when that person falls they will not be alright. And asking an obvious silly question like that does not mean he cared, because if he did he would not have tased the guy in the first place, since he would know that the cyclist could get hurt from the fall or even die.

Anyone who rides a bicycle at night should be run down by police cruisers.
