Simple. Power to weight in favor of bike. But then aero kicks in. At that point the Jaguar (have I identified that plane right? It looks like one) has aero and thrust to weight advantage. In between is the Porsche with enough power to have a higher top end than the bike.

yea....
the motorcycle has the greatest acceleration but the lowest top speed. The Porche has the second best top speed so it passed the motorcycle in the end. And the jet has the greatest top speed.

The motorcycle has the highest acceleration but the lowest top speed of the three.
It gives the bike an advantage at the beginning but once the porche reaches speeds faster than the bike it will catch up to it.
