I like you're tutorials, but they go along a bit to fast. You should slow down a little when going through the tricks to make it even better i think. And if you could place your camera at a table, between your arms, it would be much easier to follow. It is sometimes really hard to see it from "the other side" if you know what i mean. @ShawnSnowboards2010 Thanks. I guess I would consider myself decent, but I'm not as good as some of the real monsters of zippo tricking. Some people are just naturals at it, but I do have to get plenty of practice in before I can even film. And practically all the videos I do take a long time simply because I'll mess up in some part of the tutorial and will have to refilm.
I'm having a hard time figuring out the last part where it spins around my middle finger. i keep re watching the video and cant figure it out. help please.
@TyMan970 It's just pinching the cam of the zippo between your middle and ring fingers. Then you want to rotate the zippo over your middle finger. Half way through the rotation the zippo isn't being pinched directly on the cam, but is instead the faces of the zippo are being pinched between the side of your middle finger and your thumb.
Well back when I first did the trick, I didn't have a name for it and when I rewatching the video, it was hard to tell when the zippo was actually lit. The goal is to do it really fast and from a frontal view its impossible to see the actual flint wheel strike. I'm not fast enough with a zippo anymore though, but the steps for the trick are still the same.
