Man I went last summer and the entrance was gated up, my buddies cousin lives in dartmouth so when I visited him I asked em to bring me to sunnyvale and I couldnt even get in :( I shouldve snuck around the woods like you did!!!! @420judaspriest I'm not sure where "Lahey's Trailer Park Haven" is located. Sadly, there is no new movie/shows, they're done as far as I know. The main cast may still do guest appearences at shows etc, and theres a spin off comming out called "the drunk and on drugs happy fun time hour" go to trailerparkboys. org its a fan based site, they may be able to answer some other questions.

@420judaspriest It was just a small part of the old hospital that got burnt down. Some punks got in and did it. Right now the city is in the process of removing all the asbestos from the old hospital and taring the whole place down.  Soon it will just be an empty plot of land.

there is nothing on these grounds from season two of trailer park because season 2 of trailer park was filmed in the bethel street trailer park in north end dartmouth ... the set that they built here was for seasons 6 and 7

@MrCraigary123 most of the trailers had nothing in them, they were gutted, I've been inside the old hospital (jail) its falling apart and full of asbestos. The place is set to be demo'd at the end of the year. Sadly the other day some punks went up and torched part of the place.
