No they don't they continually call our troops terrorists. How is that supportive? When the left is counter recruiting they ARE responsible for the need of a draft. If you cannot agree with that then it is you who are the simpleton.

the military is broken and needs a draft because of the unjust war that Bush started. So if you want to hang our troops out to dry, blame the democrats. Or, try critical thinking and research

Seems to me that keepup is more accurate than you might think. Only Democrats seem to use the draft as a way to intimidate the voters. Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY) introduced HR 163 in the 108th Congress to try and bring back the draft. Only 2 Members of Congress voted for it Pete Stark (D-CA) and John Murtha (D-PA). Rangel voted against his own bill. So, IraqSummer, Keepup isn't namecalling, he's stating a documented fact (House Roll Call #494 in the 2nd Session of the 108th Congress).

Why don't you launch an ad attacking Democrat John Murtha over his support of bring back the draft?

Frankly, this ad is misleading. Unless you have an actual quote of English saying he supports the draft, then all you have is a smokescreen designed to scare the voters. English was opposed to the troop surge and anyone who has taken the time to view his voting records knows that he is a moderate Republican. So again, the ad is misleading and draws a fake conclusion out of thin air. (Not that I would expect anything less from liberals.)
