I never played a true AC30, but I recently got hooked on the PodXT's simulation of it. I posted videos of it on my youtube channel recently. The Amplug sounds very similar to the PodXT.

Oh, and this is some wicked guitar! Sorta like a DanElectro with a metallic painting.
