Elhnad is so right. God is not stupid. Eat real food. Till you can totally transition to grassfed beef (bison in the stores is probably grass fed and by Federal law they can't be given antibiotics, etc!), eating fast food hamburgers (including cheese and bacon!) is OK if you don't eat the bun, tho the cattle are raised in truly scandalous conditions. But no fries, no sodas, and nothing with sugar. These all spike insulin.

I eat pretty well lots of different fruits and vegetables even those things that I don't normally eat, I do from time to time eat fast food mostly french fries (when I do eat it) and I work out 3 to 4 days a week for about 30 to 45minutes as well and I'm 6'0, 184 pds always!!!! People always ask how much I work out and it's simple for me not a task anymore but I do need to let go of the DAIRY because I love, love cheese. And your right the skin doesn't lie!!

Arizona iced tea is about as good for you as soda. It has high fructose corn syrup in it, which is really bad. Water is your best bet! Drink as much as you can get. Plain unsweetened tea is okay...herbal or green tea are good choices.

hmmm im not fat, neither am i out of shape, but i eat pretty poor quality food, i always find my self saying yeh im going to start to eat well so starting is easy (and for the record i do =P), but do you have any advice on sticking to eating a healthy diet?
