If you are from Quebec it is okay to speak franglais but not for outsiders. Peter should know that. It's the same as it's okay for a black man to use the term nigger but no one else can use it.

well i guess he's trying to hard to speak french. poor him. He should take french class. his vocabulary needs improvement but at least he prononces the words very well almost without an accent
@Infinitygirl28 Oh I'm sure some do especially the young. My little grand nephew from Sweden uses which every word is easiest between English and Swedish. He's only two. Don't get me wrong I think it's great that we live in a bilingual country and I wish my brain picked up french easier. What annoys me is the language police and the government hiring a high school grad over a masters degree because they speak french.
