I agree - the Indy cops were pure assholes to me the 1 time I visited there - I know what Marion County jail is like and never had a problem before in my life - had to let me go without ever going in front of a judge - KMA IMPD
Easy solution: Do not hire blacks. Period!

Almost all of the IMPD officers who broke the law were black. Most black officers are the same as the criminals on the street!!
