i was there about 10-12 years ago...

the boat ride was awesome...

we pulled off our little blue rain coats and got drenched. It was awesome in the hot summer!

Loved it, I wouldnt mind going back there again sometime.

Somewhere in the late 1960's a 9 year old boy fell off of the Horse Shoe Falls (Canadian Falls) with only his life jacket and bathing suit on.

This young boy lived, The Maid Of The Mist picked him up.

His father died in the fall (R.I.P)

and his sister was saved not 10 feet away from it.

The first person to go off of the falls and live was an 80 year old woman and her cat. They were put into a barrel with a mattress and a pillow and went right over Horse Shoe falls.
