  • Abe just eat less carbs. Problem solved.

  • My situation drives me mad, I cannot seem to lose any more fat tissue. I have been training since I was 14 and am now 28. I boxed for years, still run 11 miles per day, cals like push ups pull ups up downs drills, core exercises like sit ups, the reps are pathetically high. I mean I do 1500 to 2000 of each station daily. Its more of a habit now than any thing else now a days. I don't want to compete any more... just look good. Maybe I just have elastic skin or something. Hell.

  • @AbeGroter diet prehaps?

  • ist this workout for your glutes and chest and triceps and stuff.......

Sorry im not too smart about this stuff but shouldet we target the muscles in the abs and not the entire body ?

  • Good video, good workout...though I did laugh @ 1:36 when the girl comes running over to play on the swing.

  • 95% of your movies are just random workouts which are for your entire body i was trying to find 6-pack only! haha

  • you do know you can not just work out your abs your body does not work like that

  • he thinks he rambo

  • r u nuts or on some drug w t f men

  • whahah ur funny "can lead to overuse injuries"

There is nothing wrong with these workouts in fact workouts which involve ur own body weight are THE best to staying fit

  • i do about 2000 reps for all muscles

  • make a video, then.

  • Great Workout, Scott !! I use these exercises with my "Fit Chicks" training clients.

  • Scott: I appreciate the video. As an ol' Marine warhorse, these exercises done in intensity of repretitions is what drill instructors ran us through to get us in shape during boot camp and take off our baby fat and jelly rolls. We really did very little weight training. Job well done and thanks for the reminder and connection that worked for me 30 years ago, too.

  • I like the idea of this video. Craig Ballantyne did something similar when the movie 300 came out. His workout centered around doing 300 total reps.

However, doing so many reps of a body weight exercise can lead to overuse injuries.

This is a novel concept for a workout, but I think you have to be careful how often you do this type of workout.

  • he said the 300 thing was just a one time test not a work out and only half of the guys did it all

  • Simple but extremely effective! I like it!
