Water bowls. securely fastened to something are much better than bottles. A lot of work to get water from those things and a rabbots can take an eye out on them. As for cages, rabbits do not belong in them any more than a puppy.
Bigger is always better. A cage should be at least 4 times the size of your bunny (more if he is confined for a large amount of the day). The rabbit should be able to stretch & stand freely without hitting any cage walls.
Rabbits were not designed to live on wire floors; they're hard on their feet (which have no pads on the, like cats or dogs). If you must use a cage with a wire floor, you need to provide your rabbit with a resting board or rug for him/her to sit on, otherwise he/she will spend all of her time in the litterbox.
