hey people i bought some spalding heavy bag gloves with the wrist strap.. lately ive noitced its been scraping my knuckles... what can i do to stop that.. if you have any tips please let me know.
The only thing you need is to wash your bandage between every training session, and to store your gloves open. Thats it you dont need a vid about it...
@hawkman350 If you're serious about boxing then you can get injured.. If you go once a month and hit the bag like a retard with no form or anything then you're okay.
forgot to add...clean thoroughly with the lemon juice to kill bacteria, and then, after it dries, use paper towel soaked in warm water to get rid of the stickiness
what i do is, about once a week rub vaseline all over outside of the gloves and leave them to set over night and next day rub vaseline off this will stop your gloves from cracking and splitting.
I always wondered also why everyone on expert village is mildy dumb. Everything seems so generic or amateurish for some weird reason. Ironic because its called EXPERTvillage
look at the fat guy in the background hhaha

@loulooks323 there's not really too much you can do. Your skin just needs to toughen up/calluse
vangtk 3 months ago
@loulooks323 you will get used to it, just punch through the pain/cuts and your skin will adjust over time

Thats why I always get them cool and nice in my fridgerator-FREEZER.

can you leave them open out on the sun will that also work?
skaterOfreak 2 years ago
@skaterOfreak bad idea...the heat will increase the bacteria/stench. cool/dry= less bacteria whereas moist/hot = lots of bacteria.
krakatoa16 2 years ago
no very bad ideal they will spoil keep them in a cool but very dry area and remember to spay them out and wash your hands

Most sporting goods stores sell handwraps, but usually are the short versions, only good for small hands.
Wrapping your hands looks to be very easy... until you try it for the first time. With practice, you will figure it out.

Don,t wash the inside with water, as he says just let them air out, take all his advise and it will be ok.
