I came back for the second time, I just can´t watch it completely. It hurts me so much knowing that so many animals are being treated like this. Animals who are living, feeling individuals. Have you ever deeply looked into the eyes of an animal? He´s a sentient being, just like us.

Dairy Farm owner Gary Conklin is seen at 1:29 kicking a downed cow in the face two times. That is animal cruelty, a misdemeanor offense (two counts) punishable in Ohio with 90 days in jail. Conklin knew his employees were beating the animals because it was Conklin who told them to beat the animals!
I would be the first to condemn such actions towards any animals that are in humane fashion. That being said I am an Ohio Dairy Farmer. This has made the Dairy Community outraged that people act so irresponsibly, so childish, and have little care our concern for animals that they depend on for their livelihood. A recent investigation into an Ohio pig farm found the workers drinking beer and hanging pigs for fun. Death on a Factory Farm -- HBO documentary film. Not one of the workers was found guilty. Hanging a farm animal is legal in Ohio.
