Escape your world! Become the dream and sleep through the noise. Embrace abandon and secret away the truth. Knowledge explodes forth and we drink from the fountain of regret.
@th3azscorpio I have this on my playlist and I totally thought it was a Remix I'd picked up over the years. Was surprised to find otherwise. The whole thing sounds like Kuja's theme if you ask me :)
Roger: No, it’s not just me. The foundations of who we believe ourselves to be are being shaken because of these pieces of memory that show up in fragments. And so, I wanna know, I wanna know about my memories
Gordon Rosewater: Why are you so obsessed with something that’s intangible? If something doesn’t exist in the here and now, it would be the same as if it had never existed in the first place, wouldn’t you say?
Roger: And now I see that that way is what’s kept you happy. However, I just can’t….
Even without the events of 40 years ago, I think Man would still be a creature that fears the dark. He doesnt face that fear; he averts his eyes from it and acts as if he never had any memories of his history.
But, 40 years can be both a brief time and yet a long time. Mans fear has withered and even time tries to wither the desire to now the truth.
Is it a crime to try and learn the truth? Is it a sin to search for those things which you fear?
their are some strange twist to the tune its like it telling me memories are hidden because we don't want to face the truth no matter good or horrible it may be.
@kishorekumar87 Ever played Final Fantasy 9? If so, this is strikingly similar to the Millennium Version (from the desert fortress) of Kuja's Theme. Perhaps that's why it sounds familiar? =P

memories... those things that lie hidden in the shadows obsured by our own fear..the fear of the truth.., no dont look away accept it look on it as a child conquer it now and only now. open your eyes and look......LOOK!!!!!
Fear... It is something vital to us puny creatures. The instant man stop fearing is the instant the species reaches a dead end, only to sink to pitiable lows, only to sit and wait apathetically for extinction. Humans who lose the ability to think become creatures whose existence has no value. Wake up! Don't be afraid of knowledge! Think, you humans who are split into two worlds, unless you want the gulf between humans to expand into oblivion, you must think!
@Ravenex2 watch bigO if you can actually understand the plot and its conclusion? please tell me coz iv seen it loads n dont have a clue wtf's goin on :D ,loved the show still, now thts eerie? lol
@givmespace Nah, it's how I interpreted your highly voted comment. lol I've watched it before. It resembles Batman/Noir films and that's its influence. A city surrounded by mysteries and chaos...
It's an interesting series, not one of my favorites, but I like it because it has style and tried to be different. It just seems to be kind of like an adventure, not a series trying to be deep or meaningful.

sounds frighteningly familiar
like pangs of discarded faith
dragged downriver by a vicous current
denial awash in haunted memory

@givmespace I'm not familiar with that quote. I've seen just about every "Big O" episode, but I haven't heard that one.
