@sourcekings after effects is waaaay better then premiere, but its not a editing program, so if ur editing alot premiere is the ish! but if u need alot of effects etc, deff go with after effects, or combine both with dynamic link

You shouldn't ever just eye waveforms. You had a clap recorded why not use it? And use the audio meters too. Mark the clap in both takes then snap the markers to each other. Much quicker. I'm coming from Final Cut. So I'm assuming premiere will let you mark a clip right? You're teaching editing so it wouldn't hurt to edit down your tutorial. Cut out the ums uhs oh yeah oh wait shoot I gotta use the bathroom BRB. Still there? Yeah so where was I?
