It just seemed like the chorus was sung a few too many times. i agree it is like a majority of songs, but for some reason this stood out more than some for me.

I think it will be a great song and get a following, it was just that for some reason the chorus seemed, i don't know, incomplete? Oh well, personal opinion, i'm no professional songwriter - unless you count the rap song i wrote! haha (see other videos if you wanna see it)

I know what you mean, it's not repetitive, it probably just seems that way because he rhymes 3 words in a row in the chorus (sittin here waiting on a deer drinkin beer).

As a songwriter the song isn't repetitive at all. It is written like majority of songs are written, Verse/Chorus/Verse/Chorus...th­en there's a little instrumental bridge in there back into the verse. Very commonplace for a song.

Great video though and a great song for a true hunter. Will def. be a sing along song for him.
