  • Ive just started getting anxiety problems, fuck them!! im not gonna let it ruin me. Im much better and i hope anyone with the same problem can overcome it. all the best to you all.

  • This is one way of dealing with panic attacks, and certainly the breathing helps, as does looking up. There are also some more effective ways of resolving them permanently. A few sessions with a competant NLP Master, EFT Paracitioner or Hypnotherapist will usually resolve most. If you want to resolve it yourself then nothing beats EFT.

  • This book changed my life. I make no money from this. I suffered like you for years.

"HOPE AND HELP FOR YOUR NERVES" --DR. CLAIRE WEEKES.

You are looking for help, that is certain. Just read the reviews on Amazon, they explain the power of this little book. I was cured half-way through this book. Literally. Have not had a night time panic episode since reading it. Completely off medicine now too :) Enjoy! I found my copy for like $4.00.

  • The worst panic attack I had is when I was at Costco. It was jam packed with people and it literally drove me nuts, I nearly started to scream and run in circles. So I went in a corner where there was no one, I faced the wall so I was turning my back to the people and then I started to take deep breaths and I more or less recover some kind of control over myself and I really made in my head an exit plan: Go in line, get to the cash register, pay, grab your stuff and go to the car. It worked!

  • The only time I thought I was actually going to die do to panic attacks is when I had one and goth through it, and then turned around within fifteen minutes and had another one! I'm talking two in the span of about an hour, maybe a bit longer. Has anyone ever gone through anything like this?

  • @Azreal93 I have experienced panc attacks since I was 11. And a few years back I had a panic attack that litterally lasted for 3 days. I seriously thought that I was never going to get over them. Now I'm 28, still have panic attacks once in a while, but I control them now, not the other way around. :)

  • @Azreal93 Me. When I started to have panic attacks, it happened that somedays I had panic attacks just like you described but during the whole day.....

  • the panic attacks are so bad i cant even sleep over at my friends house

  • Look up the healing power of Neurofeedback....please spread the word it seems to be a secret and it is an answer to unlock the brain

  • I used to have this problem. I read an Ebook that totally CURED me. It's listed at BrightLightSite website. Totally to the point, only like 26 pages. Check it !

  • if we had had good ones (parents) !! ha ha!

  • I like telling myself that I am awesome.

But about hurdling over like that it may trigger more stress if the person feels caved in.

I find that being in a room with an open window, or if at a school go outside sit down by a tree or against something and just relax. Important thing is to try to encourage oneself and attend to what may be triggering it and work on it

  • i done this yesterday sitting on my bed when i was taking a panic attack, and it worked!!

  • I used to do this under a warm shower(about body temperature) in the dark or with a candle lit and just stay there for like an hour...

Sounds weird but it helped me when I was at my worst.

  • You cant avoid what causes them or you will never get passed it. Have it and realize youre gona get past it. On another note how does she manage to be still in a strangers bathtub while having a real panic attack? shes be flailing around unable to catch her breath with her mind raising thinking shes gona die in some strange bathroom.

  • thats where i go when i have one,

  • Darkness imprisoning me

    All that I see

    Absolute horror

    I cannot live

    I cannot die

    Trapped in myself¤¤¤

  • donot follow this shit.. da only way to succefuly avoid panic attacks is to avoid the situation that trigers it.. i am been doing it for the last 4 years.. and succesful..

  • @pushtun1000 I've found that confronting triggers is much more useful. Otherwise you're letting the attacks limit you.

  • PLEASE COME JOIN MY PANIC ATTACK SUPPORT PAGE ON FACEBOOK, JUST TYPE IN "PANIC DISORDER SUPPORT" THANK YOU SO MUCH, I HOPE WE CAN HELP! <3

  • lisen becuse most of u disterted the quran u find ur selfs in pain her ill cure ur anixity from the quran one digram see my videos on youtube ZAID GHAZZWI

  • @giammira

Listen, I was born with Anxiety. My mom has it, my grandmother has it and I know what I'm talking about. I dont talk bullshit, is just most of the people dont understand what anxiety and panic attacks are.

I dealed with them last year, but the more I read about anxiety, I coped with them and their gone

and yes is a mental self conditioning!!!!

you cant flight axiety or run away of it,its part of you..u just have to accept it and not to be scared,it comes with practice thoug

  • washing my face and hands with hot water helps me alot ! not boiling hot , but hot enough to freshen you up , and just focusing on how it flows warmly on your palms then washing your face again can really help ! going to the bathroom is a great idea since you need everything around you quiet and calm , i often got myself from panicking to a sleepy state just by doing that .

  • I hate that people dont understand my anxiety my dad tells me just get over, gee thanks dad if i could just get over it i would i feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders, for anyone suffering from anxiety i would recommend anti depressants i started them 3 weeks ago and the edge has been taken off so much tlk to your doc dont be scared of meds!

  • @idangle6 I have had this God Awful disorder for over 25 years it RUINED MY LIFE!

  • @jerzeytpke Itsn't it really called GAD, or am I wrong?

  • People just dont get what a panic attack is about. They think we're not normal, that we may be crazy or something. But we're not. Thats only because they never felt

But we can get over them, yeah DaleCaliente is aight. The key is to Believe in ourselves, and learn about them. The more you will know it them the more you will be able to control it, indentify them. And soon or later shut them down. Never let them in again.

Because if we make it happen, we can make it run away.

    Sry 4the badEnglish

  • Thanks, great video!!

  • Going to the bathroom is escaping from the fear, when u come back the fear starts again. So I guess the best way is to realise and keep on telling yourself that theres no danger, float threw your emotions, cope with them and slowly they will fade a way

  • @Mrstrictlyralu man, I've never had panick attacks, the most I ever had were some anxiety. But I feel as if your comment is bullshit: you don't sound talking from personal experience nor from a medical point of view. Basicly you're suggesting a mental self conditioning there and there on the spot, a DIY psicotherapy attempted when...you're weak. It doesn't work that way, if your problem's real. You build defenses when you're strong, not when weak. Yours is like telling a weak to just...be strong

  • You can get over them. I did. There is hope. And I am a successful handsome young man with a great woman family and job. But sometimes it's just chemicals....you can't override it. The key is knowing it, identifying it, N shutting it the fuck down. Not in this house!!! Lol

  • This is complete bulshits...this girl have no idea what it is when the terror becomes and everything around goes terrifing and unreal. Most of the people just want to escape from the close space - not to go in the bath

  • Comment removed

  • i used to lock myself in toilet when i feel like /have panic attack in public places , it really isnt a good idea since i pass out and hold confusion last time , you might hurt yourself , and when you are alone ,it is really hard to literally stop the thought and voices ,and it is most likely it will get worse. i wouldnt suggest anything like that when you dont know the downside of it , esp for serious panic attack case .

  • Come to think of it, whenever I went to the bathroom, I have been a bit calmer there. Thanks.

  • @KiwiDynasty same, the frequency of them depends on how hard i push myself, evey few months the triggers change themselves and i get to discover them all over again YAY ! but every time it ruines my whole day, i cant just sit down and eat a cookie for ten minutes like some people, when i get even a small one, i pass out and am fucked for a week.

  • Try the Art of Living course happening in 140 countries now! Just 6 days may change ur life forever...for the better! Check for info abt it online as to when its happening near u.

  • forget what all these people are saying. i think this is a great tenique as long as you are seeking medical advise along with therapy and counseling this actually does work. i do it all the time. i understand where you are coming from 100%!! anxiety is not a joke and all of you people that think it is....9 out 10 americans experience a panic attack at some point in their life. so your day will come and you are gonna regret all the bad things that you have said about people that suffer from it

  • This video is really mean for picking on people who have panic attacks, what next? harass epileptics? or how about kids with down syndrome?

  • thanks for this.

  • just a fucking trick.....u r making fun of us...

  • No for fuck sake bad motherfucking idea ive dealt with anxiety for 8 years you freak out about ideas in you head so lets isolate yourself wrong answer you freak out more..... The right answer is breathe then occupy yourself with something (bullshit conversation, smoking or a menial task) try confronting your fear and reasuring yourself it will be ok dont be alone because you try and control it and you lose accept it and move on its hard man i know but running away will destroy you more,,,,

  • @TheLavaPiranha You are right. I have panic attacks at night. I can't stop thinking that everyone is going to die someday.I have to turn the tv on and watch something funny until I can't keep my eyes open anymore. I shake uncontrollaby and get diarea from the attacks. It's the worst feeling in the world and I wish i was dead instead of feeling that way. I always deal with it alone. I don't want my husband to wake up and see me looking insane.

  • @mmarachel same here no one understands what i am feeling

  • @TheLavaPiranha Yeah, I have a lot of problems with panic attacks also. Your right though. You have to try and think about something else, also say they are passing out from a panic attack which is not what happens in a panic attack. Your having an adrenaline rush actually, the fight or flight response is kicking in, so your body won't let you pass out. If your passing out, your not having a panic attack

  • LOL u guys are full of baloney!!!

  • hahah i love you, i wish my girlfriend could have just one panic attack so she could understand that not only does it "feel" like your dying, but that you know in your heart and truly believe that you ARE dying.

  • Freaky how she breaks out the different voice for "If we had good ones, obviously." Completely different voice from the rest of the segment.

  • i just felt this yesterday night in the cinema. i felt that during the whole movie. and i just want to stop feeling tht way, not stop living. the last time i felt it 5 years ago and i swore i didnt want to feel it again. and later i googled that i had panic attack.

why.. oh.. why...? this happens to me... :*(

  • ive had two panic attacks myself! and many short ones after that i managed to keep control of, i was about 16 then. i was a bit hypocondriatic then :)

  • see, this would work, besides the fact that im scared to be in a bathroom alone, or anywhere alone. and im scared of showers and sitting in one with my head to my knees would make me freak more.

  • @Shnazle12 wow i understand wat your saying. but that is bad man.

  • @gewizz2 i know. it sucks :(

  • @Shnazle12 ever heard of "fear of fear" ??? its a catch 22,

    nn2reply

  • @gewizz2 no what is it?

  • @Shnazle12 u dont understand wat fear of fear is?

its kind of self explainatory :) lol

  • This is great! Thanks for taking the time to make this video

  • Excellent advice! ...thanks for taking the time to make this video

  • Excellent advice!

.thanks for taking the time to make this video

  • i hope my series of panic attacks are done...i had slight pa symptoms yesterday and today they have been in full effect. right at the moment i feel better but just five minutes ago i thought i was going to die. No matter how many times i've experienced a panic attack i still have trouble BELIEVING that it's ONLY a panic attack and that everything is going to be ok. A lot of people talk about the rapid heart rate, but sometimes i think my heart STOPS BEATING, then thoughts I CAN'T PANIC ATTACK RI

  • @karp821 if you think about your heartbeat,.. it will make the rhythm vary, like if you want to listen to it and concentrate it will slow down and even stop for a bit,

    its called hypocondriactism. DT Perry

  • @gewizz2 hey that sounds about right. thanks : )

  • thankyou, i had a panic attack today and i will remember these techniques in the future.

  • FETAL POSITION!!!

  • that's fine if you're in a house, but what if you're on a public street or something?

  • sounds like a shitty regiment and ritual to do when you feel panicky or anxious???? dumb as shit, going back to your inner child? you definatly have been to rehab

  • I've never tried this, but I get really nervous a lot of the time when I'm in large groups of people. I think it's very helpful to leave the situation for a minute to calm down. Sometimes, I'll seperate myself somehow (maybe ask my bf to come with me) and talk to him about how I'm feeling.. maybe cry.. writing helps me a lot too.

It can be hard but positive thinking helps a lot!

I wish all of you the best of luck in controlling your anxiety. It's hard but it can be done.

  • Thank you for making this video, i have panic attacks and this is a wonderful way to calm down...I normaly curl up in a ball like that :) and it helps a lot!

  • WTF try having one in an elevator in the empire state building with all your other classmates

  • @samIam490 I bet that was hard. I always get so embarrassed when I have them in front of people. I feel like everyone thinks I'm crazy. But hey, it happens. I find, the more open I am about my anxiety, the more controllable it becomes

  • slut

  • @christest15 ????????

  • fucking whore

  • @piperboy350 ????????????

  • OMG i got it in class yesturday and i was in science and i had my head down and i was embarriesed and i put my head down against my lab table and everyone was starring at me (ik the worst thing to happen durring an attack) and my teacher went to call the nurse and i wanted to leave so i got up and asked to leave and he said no and everyone was laughing at me and starring at it was horrible

  • @xriderx11 omg thats horrible i was in my english class at college and i got one and ask this lady to take me out side and as i was walking my profesor look at me all mad and everyone was just starring it was bad so i just whent to my car and stared crying.:( i hate panic attaks.

  • @xriderx11 I'm sorry that happened to you. I think the problem is.. so many people don't understand anxiety. In time you will become better at coping with it. try to keep in mind that those people just don't understand and if they did, they would probably be a lot nicer about it. If not, then they're jerks that don't deserve to be in your life anyway :)

There are so many people in the world that can relate to what you're going through. Let me know if you want more information on what helps me

  • This is great, but when you are done with it and get out of the bath room, panic attacks happen again. When you are at work, you can not always have an access to bathroom or just go home after calming yourself down.... now what?

  • @urkingod This is one of the reasons that I started working online. I am in the comfort of my own home, and I still go out and socialize. Some may say it's the easy way out but it has changed my life. Everyone is different and everyone handles their anxiety differently :)

For me, taking a nap, writing, or talking to someone helps. Sometimes I'll read a book or play a video game. Singing is also another major one for me.

    Hope that helps :)

  • This is a very good tip thank you for sharing this... I have panick attacks and it just sucks... And I don't know why but when I have one it is always on my way home from work... and I get off at 10 pm... And it's weird cuz some nites I am fine and normal and than tonite I found myself pulling off the freeway just freaking out... it just sucks for people who have them.. and it sucks even worse when you are around people who don't understand and they tell you just to snap out of it..

  • I use to have that. Read my Testimony at fuentesevangelism.-c-o-m

  • Here you find a new treatment for panic attacks.

    Panic attacks.

    Search options: April 03, 2010, 07:07 PM

Please spread the word, Panic attacks are really a nightmare.

  • I have suffered with panic attacks for 15 years and all the counseling, medication and books I have purchased within the 15 years just masked the fear, never eliminated it for good. The only program that has given me long term success was Barry Joe McDonaghs Panic Away program. Thank you so much Barry for changing my life. My 15 year battle with panic attacks is now a thing of the past.

  • what a quack!

  • I DO THIS!!

I prefer to lie on the floor though.. the coldness of the tile is relaxing

  • when i have panic attacks i try to curl up as small as i possibly can i hope no one can see me... of course they can though and its sometimes strange to be in a corner cradled up but most of the time they know im having a panic attack and are like cool with it.

  • @CPIceMann23 I think it's awesome that you are open with people around you. It was so scary for me when I began having attacks because I thought I was going crazy. Once I started opening up to people, I realized that it's normal and many others deal with them.

Being open about your anxiety is a great way to get better, because you have so much support. Also, it shows you who your true friends are :)

  • For panic attacks, Yoga Nidra is the best deep deep deep deeeeeep relaxation to practice, in order to become very calm clear headed and balanced in a natural way.

Search for "devarsi yoga nidra" it works a treat I know it will help anyone with such and related problems and greatly reduce panick and anxiety. YN is so effective, that even tests on soldiers with post traumatic syndromes had very positive results.

  • @irunboxlive

dudee this shits serious its like going thru the paranoya or whatever when your on something, but only without being onn something.

  • i had one today, its the worst feeling ever. i wouldnt wish it to even my worst enemy.

    and it happened at school!

  • How does a panic attack feel like?

  • @ilovepizzaforever07 it feels like having a seizure but only your conscious.......

  • @kaneda956 i know what you mean, do you have a phobia or panick disorder or ? im here if you need a talk:/ xx

  • @amyintoxicatedox I know suffering from anxiety, panic disorder, ocd, agaraphobia and more is tormenting, I know I suffered through it for 7 years. I have been completely free from it for over 5 years now. Feel free to check out my testimony by going to my channel or my site fuentesevangelism.c-o-m

  • @ilovepizzaforever07 It really depends on the person. For me, I start sweating and breathing really heavy. I get dizzy and feel like I'm out of my body. Usually I'll start crying uncontrollably and it just seems like the world is ending. It's not a fun thing to experience, but I'm glad I have them so I can help other people through them

  • newfiechaos29, try reading a book called

"Brain Lock: Free Yourself from Obsessive-Compulsive Behavior" by Jeffery M. Schwartz.

  • If we'd had good ones obviously lol.I like this idea. but I have a big thing about surpressing stuff, so most of the time I just kinda have this building anxiety thing where it wont go to a peak and just be over with, so even just sitting there alone gives me even more anxiety, cuz I keep thinking ppl are just kinda waiting and wondering whats taking me so long and I feel like I have to rush so I dont calm down, other times I'll just go disociative and basically just be gone around ppl. Advice?

  • @Anaprince I surpress stuff too and I'm trying to be more open.. whether it be talking to my closest friend or writing in my journal. I think the more you talk about things, the better off you will be.

I really think it's best to tell people what's going on so they know. Let them know you have anxiety and that you're freaking out a bit but that it has nothign to do with them. That always makes me feel better.

Your body knows what it needs, so if you need to be alone.. do it :)

  • my problem is I hate germs... so I wouldnt even go inot their bathroom.. LOL I am serious too..haha

  • I have social anxiety, depression and ocd.. I think the anxiety is related to the ocd though isnt it?

  • @newfiechaos29 For me it was ocd after the anxiety and panic attacks. I know suffering from anxiety, panic disorder, ocd, agaraphobia and more is tormenting, I know I suffered through it for 7 years. I have been completely free from it for over 5 years now. Feel free to check out my testimony by going to my channel or my site fuentesevangelism.c-o-m

  • @newfiechaos29 I have anxiety, depression and OCD too. I really do think the OCD and anxiety are related. I mean, I've heard that anxiety can cause depression b/c you're upset and irritated that you are having anxiety. Then, the OCD steps in and makes you do things that you feel will get the anxiety to go away. I can't fully explain it but I know exactly what you mean. It sucks but I'm on meds now which help a lot!!

  • @newfiechaos29 I have anxiety, depression and OCD. Sometimes I get weird with germs but that's just part of my OCD I think. Luckily, I'm on meds now and I have a lot of great people around me to support me and who understand.

Being honest and open is the best advice I can give :)

  • Oh my gosh, I've totally used that bathtub technique. It works!

  • fuck, they caught me in the bathroom

  • Stop panic attacks here: watch?v=Gsj4YogmBp4

  • I have panic attacks since that bad mushroom trip. Now it only happens when I wake up in the mid of the night and it's usually coupled with a breathing issue (stuffed nose); I feel a strong terror coming up much like a child is afraid of dark , but way more intense. Its so intense I'm afraid of freaking loose my mind. I'm having soon a nose surgery to improve breathing, hopefully it will help..

  • That's interesting because the EXACT SAME THING triggers my panic attacks. If I'm not congested I won't have any problems AND the first time I had one was years ago on a bad mushroom trip!

    Isn't that interesting...

I personally believe in my own case that I suffer from a chronic fungal sinus infection which has worn down my adrenals over time in conjunction with other factors. The combined effect has worn my adrenals down severely and now sends me into a state of shock/panic often.

  • Have to tried to cure the chronic sinusitis ? When the amount of air breath by the nose is restricted for longer periods (months, years) the brain start lacking of proper oxygenation during sleeping. Do you sometimes experience long, exhausting nightmares ?

  • Oh yeah, I've had a lot of health problems I've been able to resolve naturally but the sinus issue is definitely a major challenge. I'm actually a nutritionist and natural health practitioner and still can't correct it!

I'm definitely feeling the low oxygenation, some days worse than others. I used to get night terrors where I'd wake up in a sweat and out of breath. I use a sinus pump 2x per day with GSE and a combo of sea salt and sodium bicarb which definitely helps.

  • Funny, my first panic attack triggered on a bad mushroom trip too...

  • Thanks....

  • Thanks for the useful information :)

  • that breathing thing may help for some people having a panic attack...

but i can tell you right now, i had four panic attacks my senior year in highschool.........came out of nowhere each time.....i would start choking bad.....i couldnt even breath each time....i was litterally gasping for air ....and few friends were like " are you okay!!??"....each panic attack only lasted for like 1 or 2 minutes...

and i was shaking a little bit too.

  • @xlithiumgirlx

i am having the same situation going on and have missed school for a full week and dont know how to react ...... i am also a senior in high school and this just want some tips or ideas that might calm might attacks

    Thank You ....

  • If it came on with no physical cause you could detect, you may want to try L-Tyrosine 500mg 2x per day. It's a amino acid that helps boost dopamine levels naturally in the brain ie. the calming hormone.

When you have sufficient levels you shouldn't be experiencing panic due solely to stress.

You can use Bacopa and Macuna which will contain natural L-Dopa compounds which will raise your dopamine naturally as well.

Rule of thumb is start slow on everything, however the L-Tyrosine should be ok

  • @xlithiumgirlx the best thing to to do is to let it happen, just push through...dont try to stop it...just sit down, and if you dont have a place to sit down...just stop and lean against a wall....the worst thing you can do while having a panic attack, is to fight it...ive learnt that...and myself being in high school...only grade 10...but still having the ocasianal panic attack...have a bit of expierience and just let you know...they cant hurt you...so even if you feel like they can...they cant

  • @sk84evabike4neva - I'm so sorry to hear you have experienced this at such a young age. At any age it's not fun. I know suffering from anxiety, panic disorder, ocd, agaraphobia and more is tormenting, I know I suffered through it for 7 years. I have been completely free from it for over 5 years now. Feel free to check out my testimony by going to my channel or my site fuentesevangelism.c-o-m

  • @fathersonnholyspirit Thats great .I been having panic attacks for about 7 years now i am 19 years old and i feel really weird cause evryone that i know do alot of things i dont cause of my stupid panic attacks.:(

  • what if you're in london? =S i'm meant to be goin london next week and I'm totally freakin out... is there anything you can take that stops panic attacks for just one day?!! =(

  • Based on experience, I'd reccomend you taking along - or take part in - something that can eclispe the fear. Whatever it may be. Something powerful enough to distract you from anything else, while you're on your way.

I DO NOT suggest you try to sleep it through. The anxiety will only make it harder for you to sleep, then and later.

As cliche as this may sound, laughter does help. Try to stay occupied with something that makes you happy or joyful, whatever it may be.

  • if we had good ones HAHAHA LMFAO

  • at anxietyace . com it shows how to stop panic attacks

  • These panic attacks are quite common. I used to get them real bad whenever i was in the company of more than 1 person. this shit kicked in when i was 23 and i woudnt leave the house which wasnt good as i lived myself and couldnt go to work, i would'nt eat for days cause i wouldnt go to the shops, slowly i lost everything freinds, jobs, self esteem but it was my own fault it was all brought on by drug abuse, but i kicked the drugs moved to a different country and now i'm fine. dont do drugs!

  • @colsh1690 Sounds like you have/had Soical Anxiety Disorder. I suffer from it too, but not as a severe. I have more like a situational social anxiety.

  • @colsh1690 How did you do to get rid of it?

  • @Ichigoofficial1 i've not got rid of it completely its still their in the background but over the years i've learned to deal with it, its more a social anxiety with me, in the past walking in a busy shopping centre or stuff what i will do is look at peoples shoes and perhaps think what ones are nice or in a group i would just chew on gum, but take satisfaction from knowing its just temporary cus you will get better most people do in fact these things make you a stronger character :)

  • @colsh1690 out of intrest,, what drugs did you take to become paranoid n stuff.

i bet it was cannabis. :)

  • thanks Im gonna try that. I suffer from panic attacks like everyday

  • Every day you suffer,,Sorry about that..I used to also..But then I Found out you have to fight it..but i mean like in the mind, Be happy its there in a sense..be like its about time what took you so long..make jokes about it when you have them..I know it sounds crazy but I had them for 10 years.Begining of last year I started acting like that and I did not have one thes entire year yet..It a joke to me know.I laugh about way for 10 years I was scared..but it was fake, nothing ever bad came of it.

  • this would make me feel like im suffocating!

  • That's great!!! When I was a kid.... I use to do that a hell of a lot... my peeps were not nurturing whatsoever.

  • I love this self care coping skill thanks Angela! As always u rock girl!

  • I love what she says at 1:12 ".IF we have good ones obviously" loved it...:)

  • @scared5hitless I love that part too! LOL

  • @scared5hitless me too...

  • lol, start rocking and wait untill someone comes in O_o

  • umm hmm... not really sure about this one..

  • oh my God im totally new to this stuff im hateing it it has changed me forever i think im going to die everyday how can that be a good happy life??/

  • Lmfao, this video is a joke, i hope no one is trying this.

  • Got on here to find a coping method. Oh my gosh you made me laugh really hard when you we're holding yourself and made the comment about good parents (if we had them). Totally took me out of my crap. Thanks

  • Best thing to do is to do nothing!. Just call it out for what it is & dont try to convince your self that it will go away. Dont fight it. Let it happen. It is just a sudden flight & fight sensation that your boddy is reacting to with out you actually being in any kind of danger. Think about how many panick attacks you have had in your life time and ask your self, on those ocassions, how many times have you actually died? none because you are reading this. God bless you

  • ugh i wish it was that easy for me

  • Ya, i think we all find our own coping methods, this, girls technique may work for some . People can just hope that they can find out what works for their own person, ASAP.

  • Taking a poo! :)haha
