Great track and great tune by Eduard Artemyev (Siberiade theme - 1979). Actually you can find a lot of such gems in Russian synth music.

A good example for that is Russian prog rock band of the late 70s called HORIZONT (which is IMO one of the best prog rock bands ever).

Try for instance " Snowballs by Horizont " or "Vocalise" and you'll get a smashing example of original Russian symphonic prog.
