The things that No limits lacks is textures on the track and only one coaster per room/area. Rct3 just doesn't have the flexibility when it comes to coaster building and has to many jagged edges, but you can add rides and make parks and have people in it.

In RCT4 (if it would issue so -.-) the rides are built by the Editor of No limits AND you can build parks! Whooho!

well for one, No Limits isn't much a game, it's more of a Coaster SIM. And the Coaster you put together in No Limits is terrible....probably created in 5-10 minutes.

Now if Atari takes RCT series and combined some features of No Limits, you'd have a golden game right there. It's hard to create realistic parks in RCT when food stalls and everything else are cartoonish.

On RTC3:This is a great game you get to make a whole park and use money but however you have limited coaster elements and the graphics are kind of like Nintendo64's. Rating 7.5/10

On No Limits:Great game also,you can't make parks or have people,but you get to make custom coaster elements.For example:Lets say a RTC3 loop had a 50 ft diameter and No limits could be any size.Also The graphics are better than RTC3's and coasters look realistic,but making coasters could be kind of hard.

@Coasternator a way of sorting out you problem building loops is to simply click file, insert element and select loop. Very simple realy. RCT3 rocks tho!

Both of them are great in their own ways. With RCT3 you get to make amusement parks. With no limits It's mostly just roller coasters. However, No limits has more realistic quality with the rides. With RCT3 you download them. So that comes to show you that both of them are great in their own ways.

I'll have to say nolimits wins this one i used no limits for a long time now it is much harder to make good coasters with but after u mastered the program u can make amazing roller coasters the rides in rct3 are rough and bumpy but in nolimits it is more smooth and there are more kinds of twist and turns in nolimits some of u might think the scenery in rct3 is better but in no limits u can add scenery the creaters created a roller coaster with the shape of the eiffel tower all out of supports!!

bigawp I have both NoLimits and Rct3 the difference is NoLimits is MUCH HARDER. With some time it can be mastered. NoLimits does not have the point and click system for laying track and many more track combinations can be made.

I'm interested in the ability to change how you make a turn. In rtc3 you can make a wide turn, a sharp turn, and a medium turn i believe.....I want the ability to determine how tight or wide my turn needs to be. What can you tell me about that before I buy No limits?

no limits is way better!!!! I used to ply RCT3 and the coasters you can make are horrible! no limits is alot better reason being, you put numerous types of supports in any place you wan't to. J-cats steelworx can only go in certain places, RCT3 coaster can only go diagonal, straight, vertical, steep slope and shallow slope(with diagonal) the beauty of no limits is that it's so flexible, you go in any direction with the smoothest coasters ever.

There is at least one set of coaster on rct3 that came with the wild expansion pack it is the extended coaster and I can get it pretty smooth. PS you did make rct3 look like they didn't plan anything
