  • your looking great. keep up the good work. thats a great looking natural body you have.

  • @45theking Thanks so much for the compliments!

  • Love the shoes!! Keep kickin ass!

  • uh, she is definitely natural...

  • That is a shit exercise, does nothing good but wrecks your knees, and i dont believe your natural. Sorry

  • @POLITICALYCORRECTify That saddens me that you do not believe I'm natural, as your definition of what can be done with a good diet and exercise is limited. I train hard and eat all whole foods. It works...no drugs are required!

  • @ChrisZFit Chris, stop responding to people like PCorrect. All they get off on that type of immature behavior and you only validate them by replying. You look great and it's clear you're putting in the hard work to get that way...F the haters!

  • @BlacksAreBeautiful Thanks, you are right....I usually don't respond, but it makes me sad to think that people believe you can only get a strong, ripped physique by taking drugs. :(

  • @POLITICALYCORRECTify Are you a kinesiologist, physiotherapist or chiropractor? I didn't think so

  • @Alive4Metal No Moron Im someone with 20 years training experience including training with some elite bodybuilders and powerlifters, have been personal training for 12 years, have a degree in biomechanics and an IQ of 164. Is that enough for ya? By the way, what are you? Whats your great qualifications?

  • @POLITICALYCORRECTify Ooo pardon me, did I hit a sensitive spot there?

  • @POLITICALYCORRECTify Ill tell you who I am, I'm someone who needs to get a new bullshit radar because you just broke mine

  • Nice strength Chrissy...and great butt...you are really cute

  • I've checked a few of your videos and they are simply the best you could find on youtube. Exercises are well explained, demonstrations are done at slow and regular speed, you include do's and don'ts, it's just perfect. keep posting.

oh, and btw, can you make sure your hair is attached properly so it doesn't fall in your face all the time... :-)

  • great for beginnners . For highly advanced one leg squat stuff check out my leg training vids. check out just some of what is possible

  • You are simply fantastic, compliments!!

    xoxo

  • @outieinbetweenie thanks :)

  • @ChrisZFit My pleasure :-) Are you natural, right? Youa re great!!!

Can I ask if you did have an appendectomy surgery?

    xoxo

  • @outieinbetweenie yes, I'm all natural. I had a hernia repaired, but no appendectomy surgery

  • @ChrisZFit I imagined that you are natural, because your phisique is muscolar but in the same time so armonic and feminine: really compliments for your fantastic work, dear Chris :-)

Instead I had an appendectomy surgery: I have a scar on my abdomen, but it's part of me and of my life experiences.

    xoxo!

  • RESPECT for not having big gross fake breast implants.

  • I've never seen this one legged squat before, but I'm pretty confident that I could pull it off with your tips and instructions. Thanks for sharing! And damn, you do 45lbs on each side so easily with one leg! Obviously for instructional purposes, but I could barely do that with two legged squats lol. Good stuff.

  • I have been surfing this site for instructional videos and by far yours is THE BEST bar none. Most of the videos on here are from people who do the some old crap; they work their egos and end up with injuries later on. It's also funny how some of those videos are from certified trainers, who I'm sure took the online study course for their certification, because they sure don't instruct like you do! So thank you very much. Please post more videos as well.

  • @alex6996able Thanks so much! I'll be shooting more videos soon!

  • Thank you for all your great TIPS!

  • Thanks for the tips about multipower and step use!

  • @antonstak Glad I could help!

  • thanks chrissy, i'm a guy thats been bodybuilding for 5 years, and i prefer your take on all these exercises than the guys, i really like your attention to the finer details of the ex's, and adopting the perfect form is such a major concern for me, it has helped me define my body by watching and following your form on vids and others from female perspective on exercises, i think a lot of guys could learn alot more from watching the girls, for a better overall sculpted body...respect!

  • @soundsofchim Thanks, I appreciate the compliments and am glad I could help!

  • TITS

  • Chrissy,

You provide the most thorough presentation of exercises on YouTube! I'm an olympic lifter who still competes (50-54 age group, 94 kgs class). I feel lucky that my joints are still working correctly. In your defense about the knee over toe issue, one must know one's goals before attempting any exercise. For example, olympic lifting requires extension and flexion way beyond the point that most trainers would consider safe. Know your goals. Know your risks. Execute correctly. Enough said.

  • @kslifter Thanks for the feedback! Glad your joints are still working as they should....it's a testament to your health and your form when lifting!

  • This kind of skill exercise (which I do a lot of) begs a related question...

Do you have any opinion about taking supplements like hyarulonic acid or Schiff's "Move Free" to prevent synovial fluid depletion in aging joints? I can "fight" power loss with lifting exercises and stay moderately flexible with this kind of an exercise and lots of stretching, but am I wasting my money with these types of supplements? Thanks.

  • @kslifter Sorry, I don't know much about this supplement. I'm also very skeptical of many supplements. Sorry I can't help you out with this question....

  • @kslifter I've actually done a lot of research on this. In general you can get anything that a supplement has from normal food. Additionally the benefits you specifically mention have yet to show up as substantial in a creidble journal. I.E. you can't know if they've done quality studies on the effects, odds are they haven't, (if they had, it would be published and then an extremely popular product).

  • Thanks, Chrissy. Although I agree with your assessment about supplements, I still take a VERY few that I think might make a difference (the joint stuff, fish oil, and a single multivitamin tablet). I have some friends who swear by supplements. Other than those few supplements, it's definitely all about the food intake for me.

  • So it's ok for the knees to extend passed the toes as long as your knees are healthy? That's like saying, it's ok to injure your knees, as long as they were healthy when you did it. Smith squats are HORRIBLE for knees. It puts a shearing force on the knees, making even "Healthy tissue" susceptible to injury and additional tearing. I really wish trainers would stop telling people smith squats are good.

  • @SPRS4 If you truly believe that knees are not designed to go in front of the knees at all, then try getting up from a squatting position on the ground to standing. It simply cannot be done. The knees can go in front of the toes, but as the load increases, the cost of having the knees too far over the toes outweighs the benefit and thus deep squats are very risky. I do appreciate constructive criticism.

  • @SPRS4 If you have good ankle flexibility, you should be able to go down a bit deeper in your squat and when you reach a bit over 90 degrees, the knees will be just slightly past the toes (not much). As for the Smith machine, I do agree, neuromuscular activation is not ideal, but the machine can be utilized to do some movements, like the one-legged squat which many people attempt and fail horribly at by having their knees cave in as they do the squat.

  • if she is natural, she has alot of lean body mass for a woman not using anabolics

  • great tips and pysique. i think those smith machines are useless they dont let you take the natural curve of your spine

  • This seems like an unhealthy movement for the supporting leg.

Why would anyone do this instead of bulgarian split squats?

  • I love this one Chrissy, I'm going to try it out.

  • Thanks for posting this great video. On the power rack your knee drifts beyond your toes. Is this okay? I've read that the knees should always stay even with the feet.

  • @dextermcgrubbin The knees have to go a bit farther forward to keep good alignment. It's ok for the knees as long as the joints are healthy. The rule to keep the knees even with the toes is to keep people from going too far down, as the lower you go, the more stress the joints and connective tissue have to bear.

  • great physique, jelous of the low bf%

  • Chris does this work out make ones butt big? or just toned? I need for mine to be just toned. Thanks:-)

  • @brekizahonda It will build muscle but most people get denser muscles before they get bigger so it is likely you will look more toned, assuming you make the dietary changes needed to lose some of the fat that covers the muscle :)

  • smack it one more time lol

  • hot

  • Awesome Chrissy on speaking during the exercise (=

No need for voice over lol

  • @sairie1 depends on how much you have lifted in the past. The option on the smith machine is much more stable/safe for you, though

  • Comment removed

  • @sairie1 make sure you are listening to your body...there are certain things that you can/can't do while pregnant

  • @ChrisZFit I will, thank you! and thank you for posting videos=)

  • Hello :) I wanted to ask you about weight loss because i figured you must know about it; i mean your a fitness person. I am a teen and trying to lose weight. I went to the gym for about 3 weeks and only lost 3 pounds. i was very discouraged and haven't returned. Before i did pure cardio but i reached plateau. I eat healthy. For example: oatmeal, fish, grilled chicken breast, yogurt, tons of water and veggies plus acai berry juice. Can you give me any recommendations. i want to lose 40 lbs. Thanks

  • @cutedimples512 one pound of weight loss per week is actually ideal, so that you don't lose muscle in the process. My recommendation is to get back to the gym and do what you were doing. You can also get some more ideas/tips in my book which is for sale on my website. Hope that helps!

  • I'm a really strong dude, and I'm going to stop and say this here for you right now. You make me look like a effin wuss.

  • @Anhslaught thanks :)

  • Wow, I really had no idea my form was completely wrong for years. Thanks!

  • i can hardly concentrate with you.. so so soooooooo hot... i could never exercice with you as a personal trainner.

    what a body...

  • She look like a fricking ninja when she does that

  • WOW!! i would be very happy to look like you and im a guy!! LOL....

  • @RawFoodGuy99 well if you are on a raw food diet, you may be able to do that! I've been eating that way for the last 11 years and attribute much of my physique to my diet!

  • @ChrisZFit Could you share with us your general daily menu? Also, could you tell us how old you are?

  • In the first exercise, shouldn't you be making sure that your knee does not travel beyond your toes. To me, it left like your knees were under extreme pressure. Of course, they will be. but not due to incorrect form. You're more experience than I am, so would you clarify? I first priority in work out is to not get injured, even if takes me 1 extra month develop same muscles mass.

  • @mamatalu You don't want your knees going much past your toes. For many clients I don't have them do this, but as you advance and have good joint health, you can go slightly past your toes (as you need a deeper ROM to stimulate more muscle fibers to work)......hope that helps

  • she'd be better off doing it with the rear leg elevated on a box. What shes doing is a split squat.Lovely personality though.

  • love this new variation, im trying this tomorrow!

  • @80sbabyyy cool! let me know how it goes!!!

  • Did she just do 1 Legged Squats with 135lbs w/ ease? Seriously that was Impressive!!

Anyone know what is Chrissy's Height & Weight?

  • I'm 5'9 and 140 lbs!

  • Oh your 140lbs... ok then it's NOT that impressive.

Just KIDDING... haha... It's VERY IMPRESSIVE!! You KICK ASS!!!!

  • pay attention ladies, it's not about how much weight you lose (unless you're on the fat side), it's about the body shape and fat % to muscle, Chris is a perfect example, much better looking that a softer 120 lb woman and healthier all around and stronger

  • Thanks! I apprecieate your support! :)
