It's dangerous play. Anybody with real officiating experience can tell that it's not intentional. To the untrained eye it's very much a red but this is nothing more than a caution.

Believe me, this isn't the worst foul I have ever seen and even as a Chelsea supporter I felt Drogba was making the most of it, but I cannot see how a deliberate kick like that wouldn't warrant a sending off. If Atkinson is in a good position to see it, Evans is off.
