in MTV Europe in the early 90's you had a mere half hour of Yo! MTV Raps in the afternoon and there would be a re-run very late at night daily...LOL

but this was the best quality era of Hip Hop. period.

I'm not too sure but I think that guy at 4:32 is Jonathan Demme, the filmmaker responsible for such great films as "Philadelphia", "Stop Making Sense" and "The Silence Of The Lambs". He directed a few rap videos, including the "Sun City" video.
