hope ur still at it boys. the trick is to throw evrything youve got into what your doing but with control its easier said thn done but think hard about what your doing and you will succeed! all absolute tunes which is why i watched this. but would be nicer better quality...! pce
you dont have much drop or momentum to overcome so running out of it would have worked. now if you were at a sprint it might have made sense. excellent music choices, by the way.
Nice!!!! You guys have progressed allot since your last videos, love the precisions and barefoot portions of the video. Best part was 7:30. Id say focus more on your climb ups/muscle ups in your training. Keep training =)
good job you guys realy know how to make an interesting parkour video. i liked how throughout the film you could see how your skill level progressed. i also liked how you stayed true to pure parkour. great job again and keep on going!
I have been parkouring for like 6 months come check out my vids, but I am a lot better than that. I just take an hour a day and parkour, keeps things going and feels great.
I'v been doin parkour for 2 years. And i no i'm a hell of alot better than you and my technique is alot better! And you have an instructor!!!???! Parkour is about learning your own styles of movement and finding your own boundaries and improving on them! Not having someone instruct you!! Ask any real traceur!!! If this is you getting your technique right then u may as well quit now! And all i was trying to do was help out with u getting something mixed up. I never said it was bad, although it is
I'm going to have to agree with part of this. People are willing to be taught by a few people exclusively, and then you get a standardization that makes everyone look the same. Booooring.
Second: What you want to take from these classes is up to you, and how much you wish to train. Some people might only train in the class, once a week, while others train outside of it regularly. As you get more comfortable with movements you'll eventually begin to do things differently as you adapt them to how you wish to move. Once again I'll use the traceurs from Lisses as an example, they all trained with David originally, yet today they all move very differently from one another.
andypkam you seem to lack alot of basic knowledge. Why brag about what you already know? Parkour is not about competition, its personal and you progress at the rate thats right for you. This progression comes at different rates for everyone. And why bash people if you don't even have any videos of yourself that can be critiqued?
What basic knowledge do i lack. And i do have videos, one on my account of tricking, not parkour, but i have parkour videos on other peoples accounts. Like my friend thdavi's.
hello guys, thx for yr comment on my video, nice work btw :) you still young n yr road is yet long, there's much things you can develop with ye bodies ;) good luck
but how gay does arm jump sounds. besides the titles given to techniques is to make it easy to talk about in conversation and training. parkour doesnt have to be done with confined "real" moves. if another person calls it something different it really does matter.
though a cat leap is most deffinatly not a kong haha! but some people refer to kongs as cat passes, being where the mistake could have come in! :)
hmm well my point was that a movement doesnt have a "real"name.. cos the names vary wherever you go and it depends on who you believe made the "correct" term for the name... be it UF , Yamakasi or what not.. plus your comment further down
"I'v been doin parkour for 2 years. And i no i'm a hell of alot better than you and my technique is alot better - ask any real traceur!!!"
i dont think a real traceur would say "im better than you" i know the point your trying to make, but reword, sounds mean
First of all: having someone show you techniques and how to condition properly is in no way a bad thing, David taught Stephane Vigroux and the rest of the Lisses people who are still around today. If you look at some of the older videos of zeroobstacles, you'll see that they've completely changed the way they "train parkour", so this is progress, and they did this recently so they are all just grasping and learning the fundamentals of it, which they did not focus on before.

Saut Du Chat. Literaly "Cat Jump" in English. A Kong, if you prefer.

A cat leap is not a kong. And its not a cat leap anyway. Its real name is an arm jump.

but how gay does arm jump sounds. besides the titles given to techniques is to make it easy to talk about in conversation and training. parkour doesnt have to be done with confined "real" moves. if another person calls it something different it really does matter.
