if you could take that action clicky sound out of the tone it would sound real smooth

It's the attack of the pick im using that's causing this click. If I had it done without a pick it would probably had sounded more smooth but would have lack some transient and high end definition. You could try it with fingers, you'll have to cut some bass with an EQ or mic the cab from afar if you want to manage that same sound without any clicky noise.

comment addresed to AAAAAHTEEMATU247: well depending on your delay, youll probably have two options, at how many time will you hear your note, (after 1/4 second, 1/2 second...) and for how many time will you hear it. to hear your delayed note on piano, i guess you must press your note and release it, and youll hear it again (thats your delay). you need to experiment it and mess with it to no what your doing. got questions ask me

Bass can be played as many ways as you want, take exemple on Tony Levin who used drum sticks attached to his fingers... You can get a whole lot of different sounds on the bass if you stop being narrow minded on the old manners...

why is that shocking? any instrament has the ability to play complicated stuff. dont think less of the bass because it takes a back seat to guitar and the such in bands. while its true that the bass part is generally a simple riff, it isnt limited to that.

Ah I cant take it seriously dude. You can obviously play but but its not in the same time signature is it? its fine after 00.41. you do more of a guitar strumming style there and its defintely in 4/4

It is like in 13/8 or somethin. I must admit seriously that i'm not that good at 4/4. I learned to play waltz and 7/8 even before I learned 4/4 correctly. You might not trust me on this one but i'm serious. I don't play pop music either...
