Hi,does anybody know what Guitar Effect is used in this song?

Its the swirling synthy sound in background to the the main guitar part that im after, its kinda like an spacey Delay/echo type thing that seems to modulate and descends in pitch bit like a phaser but not quite. I cant find any informaton about it, the only other places i recall hearing the sound is on 'Magic Pie' and on some Ash songs called Darkside-lightside & 'folk song'. anyone know what that guitar pedal be?

I'm an American . . . though, not especially proud of it, sometimes. But this band is great. The brothers of this band are similar to Ray and Dave Davies of the Kinks. Besides being drunk - or whatever - they had a knack for getting into knock down, drag out fights on stage while performing some of the best rock music ever conceived. Oasis is an awesome band. Period! If I had the chance to go back in time and see the Rolling Stones or see Oasis in these times, I'd opt for Oasis. They rock!
