Nah Korean bboys understand and can read english. I know because they've come to California for a workshop. Like if you ask them a question, they understand, and talk back in English, a little broken, but understandable.
Notice how when the lady asks him "What do you think of Israeli dancers?" He knows what he wants to say in his head for english, but it's hard for him to actually put it all together quickly in conversation, the hosts were terrible. They had bad english themselves.
