The Canadian debt transfered to Québec will be counterbalanced with Québec getting the same % in Canadian assets. To pay it, Québec recovers the Canadian taxing space. It should hardly make a difference.
As for the number of countries boycotting Québec, that would be 0. Should you believe otherwise and feel equiped to debate it, let's do it.
