no it isnt fake. in the beginning when they first started out bill would sometimes alternate his nail polish colors. like one week he'd have white the next blue then blakc so he was always changing it then he left them with the french manicure with black like i have mine right now so his nail polish colors are ever-changing!

I think it's because of the lightfall...
That's just what I think 'cause I've had purple and in some sort of lightfall they looked black.

He had in the concert in germany that i went, and i saw with my eyes when they were giving autographs
he had them blue like that, black with stripes, black with red..etc
its unbeliveble how u dont know him and are so sure he hadnt xD
