  • I used to be the "President" of a group of people sponsoring 8 children at World Vision Philippines. But, due to my own "Emotional Incapacity" to bear "Distrust." I didn't continue the "program." Luckily, 2 of the 8 are being sponsored independently... or not... i'm not sure... but they talked to me to continue the 2's. Now, I am bothered at the remaining 6. It's staining my conscience. I want back. But, it's already over... :(

  • i wanna be a child sponsor and support the good cause of world vision.

  • that's why it's better to give to world vision and other non-governmental organizations that systematically help the poor rather than giving directly to purported beggars. in this way, you know your money is put into good use. and you keep the poor people, especially the children, off the streets, and away from danger.

  • A lot of people came from the villages into the city to beg and get rich.

Thats why there are so many people sleeping on the streets in Manila. Yes no family planning here

children are born who knows if they are registered or not. I heard people sell their children for a hundred peso to feed their drug or gambling habit.

Children beg for their parents drugs, and bozz habits.

My advice dont give money to these children. Buy food and sit them down make sure they eat the food you buy them.

  • very good point, they need food more that money to live!

  • my school had donation coin drive and stuff to make money to donate to world vision and that schools name is lena shaw elementary.

  • soooo sad!
