This song is a masterpiece. And to think it was not supposed to be released, let alone recorded in studio...Dylan is often strange in his choice of outtakes ! I don't know why this one didn't make the final cut. Anyways, if you like this song, check out the live version, recorded during the Rolling Thunder Revue in New York. It is even better, in my opinion.

@Dallitified Hey, Dylan only ever performed this song once live and that wasn't at Rolling Thunder but rather an impromptu performance at the Bitter End or Other End club in NYC 1975. But I agree, far better than the studio version. Peace.
