i am now fourteen wish i can start ballet. but it seems sort of weird becuase all the ballet dancers at the studios are at the age of 4 or 5... but if there is a class open for teens, i'll be the first one to sign up. but i don't think there will be, i'll never be like them, ever...

oh how wrong you are!!! there are plenty of classes for teens im 13 and im in a class just look around at ur local studios see if they have classes open for your age and then dance and have fun!

As long as you really love it, you'll be wonderful someday. I really like it when I work incredibly hard at a step or combination and then finally get it, it really makes me feel like I'm getting better. These guys are so great and wonderful, they've really inspired me and changed the way I look at ballet.

I seriously would love to know what you guys do to get everyone turning so wonderfully. It can't be a coincidence that every girl featured in your podcasts can do six or seven pirouettes en pointe. I know that you don't 'teach' turns, but would love to know how the 'circular' based theory of movement actually is applied in the classroom to get everyone turning!

Today is my official Anaheim Ballet Podcast Marathon Day!

I am most thankful for AB putting young male ballet dancers in the limelight. We tend to be overshadowed by the legions of girls in the ballet world. lol

I'm 19 and I start ballet and hip-hop at the Broadway Dance Center in January (NYC). It's good to see people near my age pursuing their dancing dreams "late" and still dancing extremely well.
